Ansel took Heka to his house. They sat on the sofa. Ansel asked what really happened. “Heka, what happened? Why is your body frozen?”

“I don’t know why my body has become like this?” Heka replied.

Ansel didn’t know what to do. Moreover, Heka seemed confusing about what happened to him. So, he didn’t know how to explain.

Then Ansel remembered something when he was at Geiser Coffee and Market. “Can you tell me about everything that happened lately? Before the wedding.”

Previously, Heka wanted to hide what had happened to Ansel. But this time he felt he had to explain everything to him. Because he might be the one who can help him. “I don’t understand what exactly happened. I’m so confused. This all happened so fast. I feel like I’m going into the future, time traveling.”

Ansel couldn’t understand what he said at all. It was impossible for ordinary humans to time travel into the future or past.

Heka then continued his story. “Something strange happened when I saw you with someone at Geiser Coffee and Market. But you didn’t see me at all. My reflection in the mirror disappeared. No one can see me. Then, someone led me to a house in the middle of the forest. I entered the house. There was a big cocoon inside.”

It made Ansel realize why Grandpa forced him to practice controlling crystal water in no time.

“In the cocoon, there was a rope that came out. It dragged me into it. When I come out, I’m already in the future.” Heka continued.

It meant Heka had entered the Immortal realm. No wonder his body froze suddenly.

Ansel did not understand at all what made Heka enter the Immortal realm easily. Even so, opening a portal between realms was so difficult to do.

“How did he get into the Immortal realm alone? Hence, the most important thing right now is to make his body warm. I just get cold after entering the Immortal realm, and so did him.”

And then, Heka asked to make it obvious. “Ansel, can you understand it?”

“Of course. Probably, you just visited the Immortal Realm.”

“Immortal realm? What is it?” Heka asked.

“It’s like a spirit world. The time dimensions of the human realm and the Immortal realm are very different. Time in the Immortal realm runs slower than the human realm. I can’t determine the difference in time.”

Ansel saw his expression and didn’t understand at all. He felt compelled to explain it in more detail. However, he ensured that Heka would visit the Immortal realm again.

“You are in the Immortal realm just for a second. When you return to the human realm, you will go straight for an hour or a day after that.”

“Oh… no wonder when I left the house, Stacy’s wedding day was. I was just stuck in the house all night. But when I left, I felt like I had spent a week for time.”

Ansel continued, “Not just that, the temperatures of humans and the immortal ream are so different. It’s so cold there. When you’re still in the Immortal realm, you probably don’t cold. However, you will feel it when you return to the human realm.”

Ansel remembered once explaining about the difference in dimensions between the human and the Immortal realm before. “I’ve said this before. Maybe Heka does not understand it at all. Now, he has experienced it for himself, he will definitely remember it.”

“Can this coldness go away?” Heka asked.

“Of course it can. I also feel cold after leaving the Immortal realm. It is like you have?”

Then Ansel stood up, “Heka, can you endure it for a while?”

“Don’t worry. How to get rid of this coldness?”

“Do you have an electric blanket?” Ansel asked.

“No.”

“What about plastic bags?”

“Maybe, it is in the kitchen.”

“Okay, wait a minute.” Ansel immediately went to the kitchen. He boiled water to warm Heka’s body.

Ansel put hot water into three plastic bags and brought it to Heka.

“Here is it, it can warm your body.” Ansel put two plastic bags at her feet. The other one was in his grip.

“Ansel, thank you very much. I hope you don’t mind, in fact I often bother you,” Heka said.

“It’s okay. If the water is cold, you just say. Then, I’ll do it again.”

He saw the plastic bag in his grip. It had frozen immediately, either the other.

Ansel felt that Heka’s body was really so cold. The hot water that he was holding turned into ice. However, it was fair, because he also often experienced it. It was because Heka was an ordinary human. It definitely took more time to warm up his body.

“I think it is better if you soak in the bathtub. It is filled with hot water”. Ansel felt it was much more effective for Heka.

“Okay.” Heka stood up and followed his advice.

Ansel stopped his steps, “Heka, I’m sorry. I have to go. I can’t accompany you. Don’t worry, you just soak yourself in the bathtub. Maybe it takes a long time because your body is completely frozen.”

“Okay. Thank you.” Heka said.

Ansel such as left. There was a more important one than helping Heka. He had to immediately tell him everything that happened at the funeral to Grandpa. He felt he didn’t have much time to relax.

 ***

Heka was in the bathtub. He soaked. When he was soaking, his body did not feel the heat of the hot water that hit his skin. But, it quickly turned cold.

In the bathtub, small pieces of ice cube appeared. He noticed all the water was frozen. It was overflowing and filled with a bathtub. However, he just let it go. He felt that his body was still frozen. So he let hot water keep flowing from the faucet.

Remind in silence, he remembered the house in the forest. “Kiervant Sky.” He was curious about the house. Moreover, he remembered what Ansel had just said, “The Immortal realm.”

It made him understand one thing. “It means Kiervant Sky is not in the human realm. But it is in the Immortal realm.” Then he sank his body in the water.

He seemed to hear a whisper. “Kiervant Sky, come again. I’m waiting for you.”

The whisper woke him up. He woke up and felt that it was a special invitation. “Should I come back to that house? Then what if my body freezes again like this?”

He wanted to return to Kiervant Sky. Even so, it was only for a moment and trapped in a cocoon. But, he felt that it was the safest place for him.

“Okay, I’ll go back there.” Then, something led him back to Kiervant Sky. However, it changed his destiny. Somehow, he felt tired of living in the human realm. He wanted to explore another world.
