Tree Of Life : Thrognard Land Part 3

Waylinn saw Thrognard spout something.  He was sure that it was Zephyxia.  It was very fast and the range was so far. Zephyxia could be thrown far away.

 Waylinn thought that it was much better, than her life ended in Thrognard’s hands.

He really wanted to see where Zephyxia was thrown.  The reach was too far.  His eyesight was unable to reach it.  “Where does Zephyxia landed?  Is she okay?  Is she in a safe place?

For the circumstances, Waylinn didn’t need to think about Zephyxia for now.  What he should prioritize was passing through Thrognard Land. Then he headed to Rymder Bridge.

His steps stopped when he realized that Thrognards had surrounded him.  Thrognard’s position forms a circle.  Zephyxia was gone, so he was the only one being targeted by the Thrognards.  He looked for a gap to get through.

But it was not simple.  Behind the gap, there were Thrognards blocking him.  “It seems like they don’t want to give me a way.  So what can I do?”  He stopped for a moment and got ready to attack.

He chose Thrognard who was close to the gap.  He impaled the giants and exited the circle through a gap.  The movement was very fast.  He did this over and over again until he was able to get out of Thrognards’s circle.

Finally he reached the limit of his strength and was no longer able to fight Thrognard.  There were too many of them.  He jumped to the top of the cliff.  All the Thrognards headed towards the cliff.

He looked around to find a place he could use to get away from Thrognards.  He saw a high cliff.  “Rymder Bridge.”

Behind the high cliff was Rymder Bridge.  It meant he was almost at the border between Thrognard Land and Rymder Bridge.  Now he just have to find a way to get past the Thrognards.

He could no longer remain standing and stayed on the cliff.  The Thrognards wanted to tear down the cliff.  They hit the cliff. It caused Waylinn to lose his balance.

Before the cliff collapsed, Waylinn jumped.  He headed towards Thrognard’s head.  He used Thrognard’s head like a springboard.

Actually it was not easy.  Because Thrognards was after him.  So, his movements had to be fast, so he wouldn’t be caught by Thrognard.

Although it was quite energy-draining, on the other side it was beneficial for Waylinn.  Thrognards hit each other.  Thrognards, which was Waylinn’s foothold, immediately became the target of other Thrognards.

Waylinn realized that his movements were getting slower.  His energy was drained.  He couldn’t escape anymore.

One of the Thrognard hit him.  Waylinn was thrown and crashed into a cliff.  The cliff was destroyed.  Thrognard moved away so as not to be hit by splinters from the shattered ground.

It made Waylinn a little surprised.  Thrognards have a hard body.  But they move away when a cliff breaks.

Although, Waylinn was able to stand.  It had to be because he already saw Thrognard Land’s border with Rymder Bridge.

It was a high cliff.  Behind the cliff there was a long bridge.  Below it was a deep abyss filled with sinister immortals.  They were aggressive and bigger than Thrognard.

He had to find an easy way to get to the cliff.  The only way that came to mind was Thrognard’s throw.  If Thrognards hit him, he would definitely be thrown straight down a cliff.

It was enough to save his energy. Therefore, he was injured.  For him, that wounds didn’t matter at all, because his body can regenerate.  If he run out of energy, it was same as committing suicide.

The journey to the Tree of Life was still long.  There were several places he had to pass.

In order, for him to be thrown by Thrognard. He had reached the giant’s hand.  When he jumped towards Thrognard’s hand, he did not require much energy.

Waylinn drew a sword.  He got ready to jump and waited for Thrognard to approach.

 Once, Thrognard approached, he jumped on the hand and stabed him.  It made Thrognards was angry and he hit him.  Waylinn was thrown away.  According to his calculations.  Thrognard’s threw Waylinn and he crashed into a cliff.

The giant’s throw was so strong.  Waylinn was pushed into a deep cliff.  Until it made a hole in the cliff.

Although he was not in Thrognard Land anymore, the giants was chasing after him.  The giant approached the cliff where Waylinn was thrown.

Deadlock

Everything was in line with what Waylinn had predicted.  But this was unexpected.  If he went out, he would definitely be caught by Thrognard.  If he just remained silent, he would be in that hole forever.

One of the Thrognards stuck his hand into the hole.  His hands couldn’t reach Waylinn.

 After that, he replaced the tail.  The tail was quite long and reached Waylinn.  Waylinn poked his tail.  Instead, Thrognard flicked his tail inside and made the hole bigger.

Waylinn seemed to see a small gap at the end of the hole.  Neatly, he couldn’t get close to it because Thrognard’s tail was in the way.  He didn’t stay silent.  He wondered how Thrognard’s tail could come out.  If he only stabed it, it was unable to repel Thrognard’s tail.

 Fire

He remembered that he had Zephyxia emit fire while inside Thrognard’s mouth.  Now he would do the same thing.

Actually, his element was not fire, but lightning.  However he could not use lightning anymore.  He didn’t have any elements at all.

The lightning element that he possessed had been taken by Marchio.  It was a guarantee because Marchio had saved him.  Instead, Marchio gave him a crystal sword.

However all immortals can emit fire.  But the fire was small. It was enough to emit candle on.

Waylinn drew fire and brought it close to Thrognard’s tail.  The color of its tail changed to lava red.  After the giant realized that its tail was on fire, the giant shaked the tail.

Waylinn approached towards the gap.  He used his sword to dig into the gap until it grew bigger.  Then, he went straight into the hole.  So Thrognard could not find him anymore. He closed the hole again.

Now, he was relieved to be free from Thrognard.  He only needed to solve other problem.  The end of the hole.

He didn’t know who had made the hole.  It seemed that the hole was long.  He couldn’t see where the hole ended.  Whether the tip of the hole leaded to a dangerous place or not.

He didn’t has choice, expect to climb through the hole.  Because he couldn’t possibly return to Thrognard Land.  At least, inside the hole was very calm.  So, he didn’t need to waste his energy.

Athough the hole was closed, it was quite bright inside.  Waylinn didn’t need to emit fire anymore.

He watched the walls of the hole, as it could emit light.  He could make a conclusion.  That hole must have been made by a noble immortal.

Waylinn didn’t want to think about anything else.  It was clear that he has completely separated from Thrognard.
