Visit To Japan Part 4

Ansel managed to plug Viorenving into Fayfiend’s back. The creature seemed uncomfortable with a sharp object on its body. He tried to let go of Viorenving.

But Ansel took advantage of that to attack him with water Crystal’s arrows. He took out three arrows. He thought it was enough to hurt Fayfiend.

Fayfiend realized there were three crystal arrows heading towards him. But he had absolutely no intention of dodging or trying to destroy Crystal’s arrows. Because he knew that the crystal wouldn’t be able to hurt him. The most precisely was the sword that stuck in. It felt much painful than Crystal’s arrow.

The crystal, it was just water element that frozen. So, it wouldn’t be enough to pierce into the body of the Immortal.

Ansel’s purpose was to attack Fayfiend with Crystal’s arrows. He wanted to make more difficulty for Fayfiend. Meanwhile, it was trying to release Viorenving. That was why he repeated it again. His point was Viorenving. He would push Viorenving deeper into Fayfiend’s body.

After ten times, Viorenving finally pierced Fayfiend’s body. He could see Fayfiend in pain with a sword piercing his body. Fayfiend pulled Viorenving from the front. In the end Viorenving was released from Fayfiend’s body.

But the sword made the hole in his body the longer. The hole grew and eroded Fayfiend’s body completely. His body turned into dust slowly. Before, his body turned into dust completely, Fayfiend threw Viorenving at Ansel.

Ansel dodged. While Rhea jumped and went back into the viorenving.

In the viorenving, the soul of Rhea was stored. Hence, it can injure the immortal body.

The body of the Immortal being was so though. The most dangerous human-made weapons will not easily to hurt Immortal. Because the wound would definitely close soon.

If a weapon has a Guardian Spirit, it can definitely be used to fight Immortal. Because half of the spirit of the Guardian Spirit and his strength was in the weapon.

Ansel walked over to Viorenving. He took his sword which was lying in the ground. He checked Viorenving to make sure that his sword was okay.

“Rhea thank you because you are not hurt.” Ansel said. He was relieved that what he was worried about did not happen. “Now, we return to the human realm.”

Ansel and Rhea backed to human realm. The day was twilight. He could feel his body was so cold. He also felt very tired and weak. That was natural, because he used his strength. It drained after fighting Fayfiend. Therefor, he felt relieved that he managed to do it.

There was still Andrew guarding Sigil. He smiled as a sign that he had destroy Fayfiend.

“Ansel, did you destroy the creature?” Andrew asked.

“Now, this forest is calm and there are no monsters anymore.” Ansel said. He remembered the time in the Immortal realm was very different from the human realm. “How long have I been gone?”

“Three days.” Andrew said.

That was reasonable. This time, Ansel really felt weak because he had not eaten anything for three days. That time, he were in the Immortal realm. However, his body was human. So it was difficult for him to adjust his conditions in the Immortal realm.

 Ansel saw Touji visited Andrew. “Sir…”

Andrew looked back. Then he explained, “As long as you go, he come and ask when you will come back. He also delivered food.”

“Thanks for your help.” Ansel said.

“Amitoufu. Thank you for expelling the goblins from this forest. Now, everyone can calm down. Buddha bless you.” Said Touji Ito.

Ansel no longer endured his hunger. He huddled on the ground. He complained bitterly and whined to Andrew. “Andrew. My body is very weak. I can’t stand up anymore…”

Andrew kicked Ansel instead. “Stand up…stop pretending.”

“Who’s pretending!!! Do you know how is like when you don’t eat in three days?” Ansel whined. Although, he was weak, he could stand and walk. “It seems like you have to carry me.”

It made Andrew gave a very cynical expression. Because he knew that his friend was pretending to be weak.

Touji Ito took the initiative to carry Ansel. “Let me carry you.”

Ansel couldn’t let a monk carry him. He stood up and said, “No thanks. I’m fine. I have enough strength to walk.”

Andrew was sick of  his friend’s behavior. He kicked his leg. But, Ansel dodged. He knew what Andrew would do to him.

Touji Ito brought a lot of food to Ansel. Before he ate, he set aside lamb for Rhea. The rest was for him.

In the middle of the night, he woke up. He almost forgot to give food to Rhea. He went to the balcony and brought Viorenving and the meat. “Rhea come out…”

Rhea came out and immediately ate the meat given by Ansel. “Eat a lot. You must be hungry.”

Ansel looked at Rhea who was eating. Meanwhile Rhea didn’t care at all.

He told a long story, “Rhea, thank you for everything. Thank you for helping me destroy Fayfiend. Thank you because you eren’t hurt. Next time, I won’t let you accompany me to fight. Don’t worry, I will practice and become strong like my brother.”

Then he explained why he preferred to fight alone. “In the past, Hansel and I were attacked by Fayfiend. He fought Fayfiend and protected me. But Fayfiend was always looking for a loophole to attack me. Because he knew I couldn’t fight at all. I’m just a burden to him. Fayfiend was very cunning and managed to hurt me. He slammed me into a tree. I have a lot of blood coming out. After that, my brother managed to defeat him. Because there was no more burden.”

Ansel cried remembering the story. But he tried to continue, “one day, I was seriously injured and almost died. I lost all the blood. So, it is no longer possible for me to accept Soul Delivery. Then my brother made a pact with Lexus. He exchanged his life just to let me live.”

Rhea approached Ansel. She tried to please her. He understood the loss of the most important person in life. It was so painful.

“I have lost my brother. I don’t want to lose you anymore. Because, you’re the only one I have.” Ansel hugged Rhea tightly. He really hoped that Rhea could understand him.

He continued his words, “So please, don’t do anything dangerous and never fight with me again.”

Ansel looked at the sky. The stars was very clear. “Rhea, if you can turn into a human, will you accept me?”

Rhea immediately tried to free herself from Ansel’s arms. But Ansel forbade her, “Don’t go. Whatever happens don’t go. Don’t leave me alone. I won’t force you to accept me. I just want to be with you forever.”

Then Ansel closed his eyes. He just fell asleep.

She saw Ansel who had fallen asleep. Rhea broke free from her arms. She returned to the viorenving.

Few minutes later, she came out. She approached Ansel. She leaned his body on Ansel and accompanied him to sleep.
