Tree Of Life : Thrognard Land Part 1

Thrognard was a giant and the biggest in the Immortal realm. The clan became the guardian of the Tree of Life. All Immortals who wanted to recover in Tree of Life, must be able to pass them. Actually, Thrognard Land was the only a beginning. Because there was more terrible places to go through Tree of Life.

 Thrognard’s body was very strong. The creature has many hands. There were five, six, to ten. The tail was not that long, but very thick. The creature had the fastest regeneration of the body among other immortals.

“Waylinn, they are very big, and we are very small. It’s obvious easy to hide and sneak.” That was the idea that Zephyxia came up.

Waylinn explained about the characteristics of Thrognard. “Thrognards are immortals who have very sharp smell and hearing. So, there’s no point in hiding. They are also very aggressive and will swallow any immortal they find.”

“And then, how to get past them?” Zephyxia asked.

“There are two options, run or fly as fast as possible.” Waylinn saw Zephyxia’s back. She only has one wing. Because, the other one has been broken by Waylinn. “For your wings, I’m sorry.”

“Just forget it?” For what Waylinn did to Zephyxia, it was too cruel. “He is really cruel like Marchio. He didn’t has to break my wings.”

“Can your wings get back, soon?”

“I don’t know.”

Waylinn returned to pay attention to the movements of the Thrognard who were passing by. While he was looking for a way to easily get past them.

“But, I don’t think my wings will ever grow again. I will have only one wing forever, although my true form returns.” Zephyxia lamented the very poor form. She felt that she was the only immortal who suffered the most.

She saw Waylinn’s tail that had been cut off. Now, his tail has grown back as before. Although it was not completely recovered. Then she saw her wings, there was absolutely no sign of regenerating.

“Then there is no other way. We have to run as fast as we can. Actually I know a way to grow your wings back.” Waylinn said. He was watching the Thrognard’s movements who were passing by.

The giant just walked here and there. His words made Zephyxia excited. “What is it?”

“But, this is too dangerous.” Waylinn looked at the crystal in his hand. “You have to cut some of the Thrognard meat with this. Then eat it. You have to do it yourself.”

Zephyxia noticed Crystal. She thought that should she did such a dangerous thing just for a wing? She was doubtful whether she could do it or not. Moreover, Thrognard was terrible immortals.

Waylinn asked, “What do you think? Do you want to try?”

Finally Zephyxia decided to try it. “Okay.”

Waylinn handed Crystal to Zephyxia. “When a Thrognard approaches here, you have to immediately approach him and cut the skin. Then get in here soon.”

“I get it.”

“I’ll be waiting here.”

Waylinn gave instruction there was a Thrognard approaching. “Zephyxia, go!!! Go!!”

Zephyxia immediately ran towards Thrognard. Unfortunately, Thrognard knew her  presence and kicked her with a tail. She was thrown away.

“Zephyxia!!! Hurry back.” Waylinn exclaimed.

Zephyxia stood up and ran towards Waylinn as soon as posible. She tried to run as fast as he could. From above, there was Thrognard’s foot. The creature will step on her.

She glanced up and ran so as not to be stepped on. However, it seemed Zephyxia didn’t have enough time to dodge.

Waylinn saw Zephyxia who didn’t have time to dodge. He threw his sword at Zephyxia. The sword hit Zephyxia's body and made her thrown away.

His sword throwing was painful. But for Zephyxia it was much better than being stepped on by Thrognard.

Zephyxia didn’t have much time. She had to avoid Thrognard as soon as possible. She immediately stood up and grabbed the sword that Waylinn threw. She tried to run as fast as. She instead ran toward Waylinn.

However, Thrognard’s movements were too fast. His tail hit Zephyxia. But this time she was lucky, because she was thrown into the Agafield border. Without any doubt, she went straight into Agafield.

“It is really very terrible. I don’t want my life to end here.” Zephyxia complained.

 Thrognard who knew that Zephyxia entered the Agafield, did not remain silent. He inserted his finger through the forest pit where Zephyxia entered.

Zephyxia immediately moved away and went inside to avoid the Thrognard touch. The Thrognard’s finger was too big. So he couldn’t reach Zephyxia. Then, he took his hand back.

It made Zephyxia feel relieved. She approached the hole and saw the situation outside. From the hole, appeared a very large eye. It made her scream. “Arrrgghhhh…”

She ran inside, soon. “How is this? It seems like the creature still chase after me.”

 “Zephyxia!!!” Waylinn stopped Zephyxia and at the same time reminded not to go too deep at Agafield anymore.

Zephyxia stopped. She walked towards Waylinn.

“Don’t go inside or you’ll never be able to get out again.”

“I am too scared of the giant. He’s so big and scary.”

Waylinn really understood what she felt. He took out his sword that she was holding. “Don’t worry. Now, I can help you. My tail has returned. I’m going to divert Thrognard. You’re looking for an opportunity to pick up the meat.”

Zephyxia saw his tail which had returned to normal. Although it was a good thing, it seemed bad to him. Because she felf jealous of Waylinn who has a master and gave various lives and weapons.

Before he went to Tree of Life, he was given a small pocket by Marchio. The bag contained 2 large beads of light that he could use to speed up the regeneration of his body. Now, he only had one chance to regenerate.

Zephyxia was silent. She was still too scared to face Thrognard. However, she felt that it had no effect at all. This time, she had to follow the instructions from Waylinn.

Waylinn walked to Thrognard Land. Zephyxia followed him. After that, he provoked Thrognard to follow him. Although his strength had not fully recovered, he could teleport.

When Throgenard was close to him. He teleported soon. He chose to be on the Thrognard’s feet. “Zephyxia, hurry up and do it!!!” He plunged his sword into the Thrognard’s foot. Then, jumped from Thrognard’s leg.

Although the sword was too small for Thrognard, it was enough to make him in pain. The sword was given by Marchio, it had a special power.

Zephyxia immediately ran towards Thrognard who was in pain. She headed to the heel of Thrognard. She quickly cut part of with Crystal. But Thrognard’s tail hit her and knocked him out.

Waylinn saw Zephyxia was thrown. He immediately provoked that immortal to follow him. He teleported to a place where Thrognard could see him. And then, he immediately ran away.

After Thrognard walked away and followed Waylinn. Zephyxia chased them and jumped over Thrognard’s knee. She ate the body parts of the giant creature. Slowly, her wings began to grow back. She flew towards Waylinn soon. She tried to reach for Waylinn who was being chased by Thrognard.

Unfortunately, Waylinn realized that Zephyxia was approaching him and trying to reach him. But he prefered to use teleportation and went straight to Zephyxia’s back.

Finally, they had an easy way to get through Thrognard Land. However, the giant would not make it easier for them to pass through the Thrognard Land.
