Waylinn visited Kiervant Sky and met Marchio. He gave Marchio a snow lotus crystal, “My lord, here is the crystal.”

Marchio who was lying on the sofa looking at a book floating in front of him, then he got up and took the crystal. He put the snow lotus crystal in a box.

The box was made of plain white crystal. There was no special decoration on the box. It was just a plain box.

“My lord, what is Heka…” Waylinn immediately asked about Heka’s identity. He was very curious when he tried to close the open portal on Hitchcock Lake. He used Heka’s blood.

“I don’t know who chose him. But it is obvious that he has made a big mistake.” Marchio gave a crystal to Waylinn. “Put your half soul into this crystal.”

Waylinn obeyed. Before he did, Marchio gave a warning, “You will lose half of your soul, that means your spirit power will weaken.”

But Waylinn didn’t care about that at all. Because it was worth as same as Marchio has given. “For me, it’s not problem. Because you has given me a life. When I restore half my soul, it’s worth it. My life belongs to you.”

After all, it was impossible for Waylinn to refuse Marchio’s orders. When he refused, Marchio definitely forced him.

Waylinn has served Marchio for a long time and he knew him well. Marchio didn’t like people who opposed him. He did not hesitate to be rude.

So far, Waylinn has never once refused Marchio’s orders. So he never got harsh.

“You are very loyal, it’s not in vain that I adopted you up.”

Waylinn put half his soul into the crystal. Then, his body felt very weak and he turned into a chimera, his true form.

The snow lotus crystal turned blue.

“Perfect.” Marchio said with a sarcastic smile. Waylinn couldn’t understand what Marchio was planning. Marchio neverdiscussed anything with him. He just gave orders.

Marchio stroked Waylinn’s head. “Get some rest first. Then, you can turn into a human form again. After that, come back to the human realm and keep Heka safe. Don’t let him get killed before the time and give him Soul Delivery every day.”

Waylin nodded.

“Do you keep Heka’s blood?” Marchio asked.

Waylinn showed a small bottle filled with Heka’s blood.

“This is for you.” Marchio gave Waylinn a sword. “This sword can help you survive. Currently who you are, it can help you to fight and survive.”

Marchio left him alone and brought the crystal box. Waylinn noticed his master who walked away.

The sword that Marchio gave seemed like an ordinary sword. Waylinn touched the tip of the sword. His hand got burned.

“I see, this sword has a fire element.”

Waylinn returned to the human realm after he transformed into a human. It was two months when he left Heka. He didn’t think whether Heka was alive or not. He only remembered that Fayfiend was very aggressive with him.

He went straight to the place where Heka was, his house.

Before that, Waylinn was on the roof of the apartment where Heka lived. He looked around. There were several portals that are open.

Waylinn teleported to every portals he saw. He closed all of then using Heka’s blood.

He took out the sword and hunted Fayfiend who came out of the portal. He used the sword that Marchio gave. He easily destroyed Fayfiend just for one slash.

It seemed all the fayfiends came out and approached him. Waylinn was surrounded by Fayfiend. If few fayfiends, he can handle it. But Fayfiends who approached him this time was about tens, maybe it was fifty.

His current condition, it was hard to destroy all the Fayfiends.

Bad!!!

Heka came out of the building and headed towards him. He wasn’t even sure to protect himself. Furthermore, he had to prioritize Heka’s safety, as Marchio ordered. Even you have to sacrifice yourself.

“Waylinn…!!! “Heka called.

There was one thing he really didn’t understand. Fayfiend who surrounded him retreated. His eyes noticed on Heka. Fayfiend was seen moving away from Heka and no longer attacking him.

Of course it was very suspicious. Previously, Fayfiend was after Heka. This time, one of them did not dare to approach him at all.

Waylinn took Heka’s hand and grabbed it. “What have you done?” His nails stabbed into the skin and made Heka’s hands bleed.

“I didn’t do anything. I also don’t know why they stay away from me.” Heka said. He was in pain, so he begged Waylinn to release his grip. “Can you let go of your hand?”

Waylinn just slammed Heka’s hand. It made Heka walked away and went  inside without a single word.

For Heka, Waylinn looked sinister.

Heka wrapped her injured hand. While Waylinn paid attention to Heka’s house which was very similar to the zoo.

“I’ve got everything Marchio wants.” Heka said.

Waylinn took one rabbit. He sat at the window stroking the rabbit. “Tell me, what happened while I wasn’t around!!!”

Waylinn urged Heka to tell everything he had experienced.

“I don’t get it.” Heka replied.

“Okay, if you don’t want to tell me. I can make you say it.” Waylinn threw the rabbit, he took out the sword soon and cut the rabbit in half.

Waylinn had to know, because his job was to ensure Heka’s safety. If something happened to heka, then he must bore the consequences.

Marchio never once hurt Waylinn, because he always did what he was told without a fatal mistake. Not that if he made a mistake, Marchio would give him a chance.

This time, the most important task for him was to maintain Heka’s safety.

Unfortunately, what he had just done made Heka afraid, Heka gave the same answer. “Waylinn I’m not lying. I really don’t know what happened.”

Finally Waylinn surrendered to urge Heka. He thought maybe something had happened without he knew . Humans was easy to manipulate.

If he could find out what had happened, he could take the right action. Maybe it was also not necessary, let what has happened.

Waylinn approached Heka and gave him Soul Delivery. He always obeyed what Marchio told him to do.

“Waylinn, when are you going to give it to Marchio? Can I come along?” asked Heka.

“It seems like you’re so obsessed with my Lord.”

“I haven’t visited him in a long time. So I want to meet him. Can you help me?” Heka begged.

Waylinn was silent. What Heka wanted, was not his business.

Heka pleaded once again, “I beg you, maybe this is the last time I can meet Marchio.”

 “Okay.” Waylinn softened and decided to take Heka to meet Marchio.

Before they went to Kiervant Sky, Heka had prepared herself with a sweater and winter coat.
