Regular Show Universe 17
We cut to Mordecai and Rigby walking the streets of the city near the park. They were told by their boss to kill the Primordial MV.P, and when they were asked for what they were planning for killing her, they bluffed about going to some temple to get magical weapons. Now it's been a few days after that, and they still don't know where they'll find a temple at.
Rigby: Mordecai, do you know where we can find a temple? Because we gotta get these magical weapons if we wanna kill MV.P.
Mordecai: Uh, duh dude. There's this place called temple mountain. It has a giant temple on it with a bunch of wizards that will totally hook us up with the magical armaments that we need to take down that nasty MV.P.
Rigby: Sweet bro! Let's go!
At Temple Mountain
Egaras The Grass Grower: I'm sorry, but we're out of business.
Mordecai: What do you mean "out of business" dude? We just need magical weapons, we can pay you however many gold coins they cost.
Egaras The Grass Grower: It's not about the money. People in this town never seem to want to climb up tall mountains to get magical items now adays, nor are there people who really make magical items in this universe anymore, and multiversal shipping makes it hard to make profit and maintain the temple.
Rigby: Dude, we have to kill the Primordial MV.P! Are you just going to let us go out there and die because no one wants your magical items anymore?
Egaras The Grass Grower: Even if I wanted to give you items, I couldn't. My last magical item, The Elder Hammer, was sold off about a week ago to a theater lunatic, who paid the low price of 600 dollars, or 2 gold coins, for it.
Mordecai: Dude... he drops to my knees. But we need a magical weapon to deal with the MV.P. Do you know anybody who still makes magical weapons? Anywhere in the multiverse we can get magical weapons?
Egaras The Grass Grower: I mean, obviously yes, but the ones I know personally are pretty low-level items. Take the Elder Hammer, for example. What do you think it does?
Rigby: It, uhh, it hits stuff?
Egaras The Grass Grower: And what happens when that stuff is hit?
Mordecai: It gets broken or destroyed or something?
Egaras The Grass Grower: It becomes elderly for 1 minute. It's in the name, Elder Hammer.
Rigby: Well, that's just stupid. Why would anyone want a hammer that turns stuff old for a minute?
Egaras The Grass Grower: It was a bargain bin magical item.
Mordecai: Ugh. This is hopeless. Nobody makes magic weapons anymore and the ones who did make them don't make useful ones. How the heck are we supposed to kill the MV.P?
Rigby: I have an idea!
Mordecai: An idea? What's your idea, dude?
Rigby: Instead of looking for magical items, we should look for magical ingredients... that we can use to make our own magical items!
Mordecai: Hmm, that's actually a pretty good idea. So where do we look for these magical ingredients huh?
Egaras The Grass Grower: Well, I can give you a few pointers of places that you can look.
