...

Voice 1: Ah, there she is.

Voice 2: It appears that she has been out for several days. However, her vitals seem to be functional.

L4urri3: Ugggggghhhh....

Voice 1: Seems you're right Epsilon. She's coming back to her senses.

Epsilon: I know I am correct Coja. As I have stated before, I am the Zenith of intelligence.

Coja: Right, right. Say, L4urri3, you up?

L4urri3 groggily reawakens after being out for what seems hours to her. She is very much sore, and the last thing she expected to see when she opened her eyes for the first time is a giant robot with tentacles on its faceplate, and a Caligo cosplaying as Proto-man.

L4urri3: Am I...am I being struck down by one of Niki's henchmen?

Coja: No, I don't work for her. Not anymore. I am the Caligo of Just Annihilation, and I believe that we are currently on the same team.

The memories begin to flood back again. She remembers getting a call from the Contractor about something happening in the Atlantic. She also remembers that before either C4rry or L4urri3 could even leave to prepare, a third earthquake hit, and they all flew into the air.

L4urri3: Right...right...I remember that now...you were on the call with all of us...though I thought I remembered your voice from somewhere else before...

Coja: Probably a coincidence. In case you are wondering, we didn't find your sister anywhere. We were here for two days already, and just found you.

L4urri3 sits up from where she was laying, which she now takes notice of. She's on some sort of tropical beach, somewhere. She can see the ocean to her right, expanding far beyond what she can see, and a dense jungle to her left, what lies within being shrouded in branches.

L4urri3: Where exactly are we?

Coja: You're not going to like that answer.

L4urri3 groans in frustration as she gets back up on her feet.

L4urri3: Of course it's one of these. That series has been milked for decades, and I absolutely hate it. You revolutionized gaming once Rovio, we get it. Let it go.

Coja and Epsilon stand there after hearing all this. Epsilon seems to be confused slightly, as L4urri3 seems to have inferred where they were at, which should be impossible to happen according to Epsilon's logic. Coja, on the other hand, does not seem to hold this kind of confusion.

Coja: Anyways, one of the reasons why we are here is because, according to our benefactor, there were several anomalous signals in this section of the collided world, and we're supposed to put a stop to them in... roughly six days. If we fail, then the League of Guardians shuts us down and handle things themselves. We searched this island for the last two days and found nothing yet. All we have left is this section of jungle. I suggest we get going if we want to put a stop to this.

L4urri3: Okay then. Before we head out, can I ask you something? Will there be any obstacles in our way as we search for whatever is causing all of this?

Epsilon: Currently, approximately 38% of the native population has been dislocated in other sections of the collided world, including 100% of the "bird" population. There are several communities on the island who are refugees from other sections, though most of them only stick to themselves. Other than an unlikely chance of bounty hunters, and a 5% chance of a schoolhouse on the edge of a cliff on the island holding some kind of threat, the only obstacle on the island is-
