Episode 40: The Goat

Somewhere in Estaria...

We cut to Rie Satou's Hideout, where she is by herself.

Rie is sitting around in her home, taking off her boots as she sets some knives down.

She sighs and goes over to the shelf of booze she has, grabbing a bottle of Sake.

In her living area, she finds Era and Cain, the two who she was sent to kill and somehow decided not to kill. She did not expect them to be there.
Era: Well, took us long enough to find this place.

Rie nearly flinched in shock when she saw the two of them sitting there, but regained her cool. She stared at them, blinking.

Rie: ...How the hell did you two find this place?

Cain is sitting on the nearest couch, eyeing Rie up and down.

Cain: You didn't cover your tracks well enough.

Era: Mostly because you left bubble gum on your shoes. By the way, I see you followed my advice and changed the eyepatch to pink instead of green. Nice.

Rie rolled her eyes, knowing that it was true. She should have realized this when leaving after killing a target. However, she was still a bit surprised that they managed to track her down.

Rie: Shut up. This place is secret, and it being not properly hidden pisses me off...

Era: Well, it took a few days to find it...

Cain smirked, amused by what was going on.

Cain: At least you tried to hide it, despite your lack of success.

Rie grumbled and took a swig from her sake bottle. She walked over to the other couch and sat down, facing Era and Cain. She set her bottle down and sighed as she leaned back in her chair.

Rie: What are you two, stalkers or something?

Era: Cain maybe, since your last interaction left you speechless.

Cain smirked as if a memory was replaying in her mind.

Cain: Maybe...

Rie rolled her eyes again and looked over at Cain.

Rie: Not in a good way, obviously. And it's very very weird.

She looked back over at Era.

Rie: Anyways, how long are you two sticking around?

Era: As long as we need to. We need information. Obviously, someone hired you to kill us, and they are very, very persistent in this. I need you to tell us who you worked for.

Cain rolled her eyes, knowing damn well there is no other choice than to tell them the truth.

Era: You don't want Cain to dominate you again, do you?

Rie flinched when Era said that, knowing full well that being dominated by Cain wasn't that bad. In truth, she loved being dominated by Cain, the adrenaline rush from it being something that kept her wanting more. Though, her ego and pride won't allow her to admit it.

Rie: Shut up...

Cain chuckled softly, enjoying how Rie reacted to the possibility of her dominating her again, finding it hilarious that she was too prideful to admit she enjoyed it.
