Era returns home after the fight with the Face Raider Mothership.
Maro: ERA! Some other lowlife broke into your apartment!
Era: Yeah right. Won't fool me twice.
Era turns on the light, revealing a man in a suit of futuristic armor, and a darkened glass dome helmet with a snowflake insignia on the face area.
Era: Never mind.
The Contractor: Hello there Era. I was wondering when you would get home from your little adventure.
Era: Who are you exactly?
The Contractor: Just call me the Contractor, everyone does.
Era: Oh, this is a Nick Fury thing, isn't it! You're going to ask me to join some sort of team, right?!
The Contractor: You are a smart cookie, though not smart enough to avoid the fake game link.
Era: To be fair, you guys did give me a real game of Click Heroes, and it was way better than the normal one. Anyways, the pitch.
The Contractor: Right. You probably noticed that the Guardians of DDICU 25 are no longer a thing, and the League of Guardians isn't really going to send a replacement. That's why I'm bringing together a team, a team which will be the protectors of this Multiverse. It's called Project Aurora, also known by its cooler name as The Concept Commandos.
Era pauses to consider it for a second before responding.
Era: You had me at "protectors of the Multiverse". I'm in! Let's kick some cosmic ass and make sure the Multiverse stays in one piece! The Concept Commandos, here we come!
The Contractor: Good to hear.
