Amory Alejandro doesn't know why he decided to be here. Why he decided to let himself witness the thing that might ruin and break him even more than he already have. This was the most shitty thing he had ever experience in his life but then he chose to still see for himself.
Tanga. Iyan ang bulong niya sa sarili but he wanted to see everything with his own eyes–he needed to see for himself why the love needs to stop. Sinamahan siya ni Matt because Bettina and Craig has to attend the wedding dahil sa family ties ng pamilya nito at pamilya ni Sebastian. Kahit sobrang galit ni Bettina ay hindi puwedeng pumangit ang image ng mga Astor kapag nalaman ng masa na may hidwaan sa magkaibigan lalo na at baka maungkat pa ang tungkol sa kaniya.
He didn't want to believe it at first kahit gaano kagalit si Bettina sa kaniya dahil nga gusto niyang magpunta para panuorin ang kasal and he doesn't act like himself anymore.
It was because a huge part of him went missing.
When the bride entered and walked down the aisle. That's when Amory knew that everything is definitely real and not a dream. Iniwan talaga siya ni Sebastian para pakasalan si Melissa.
Amory refused to believe that Sebastian really loved him because if he did, he won't be leaving him to marry this woman . He would fight for their love even though it means he needed to go against the family. Sobrang babaw lang ba ng nararamdaman nito sa kaniya na nakayanan nitong talikuran nalang siya out of the choices he had?
He stared at Sebastian who was waiting at the end of the aisle. He look dazzling in his white suite...
How Amory wish the event was for the both of them. But then again, maybe they weren't just meant to be together. Hindi naman agad siya sumuko kaya walang ng pagsisisi na mangyayayari sa sarili niya.
Amory gave his love wholeheartedly. Wala ng ‘what ifs’ because he tried everything he can to protect the relationship that he even forgot to protect his self. And now, watching the man he loves get married to someone else was a big loss to his heart.
He learned about the backstory about why Sebastian chose to marry Melissa but even with those Amory failed to understand why he chose this path, napakaduwag at napakaselfish nito.
When they were in the province daw their relationship was exposed to Sebastian's parents–alam ng mga magulang nito and Sebastian decided to keep it to himself, akala niya kaya niyang protektahan lahat ng meron siya. His dad was so against it and was power pressuring him through his mom. Then he learned that Melissa was pregnant– it wasn't his but he decided to protect his best friend and the baby. He decided to leave Amory because staying was not one of the choices.
Iyan ang kuwento ni Bettina sa kaniya so Amory had this little hope for them for a moment. Dahil hindi naman pala baby ng binata ang dinadala ni Melissa. So he decided to meet him one last time with the help of Bettina and Craig.
But it was so wrong for him to hope dahil Sebastian already made a choice he couldn't break.
Amory Alejandro went to the Penthouse to meet and talk to Sebastian.
Sebastian was momentarily shocked when he saw Amory at his place. But then his face soften at the sight of him, Amory went to hug Sebastian but the latter just stood frozen on his place–unable to decide what's move to take next.
But then Sebastian guarded his self. He already made this decision.
“What are you doing here?” Amory was shocked at the indifference in Sebastian's voice.
“I can't...I just can't let you go. Bettina told me about everything.” Amory can't look at Sebastian directly in the eyes because he was hurt at the unfamiliarity of how Sebastian looks at him.
“I'm getting married.” Sebastian stepped far away from him.
“I know. But you didn't really have to, right?” Amory almost pleaded, his voice started to crack. Because honestly, he couldn't understand why Sebastian's had to marry Melissa. Kahit ang mga kaibigan nito ay walang mga alam to what prompted him to make this decision.
“I have to protect Melissa or she might break.” Sebastian said out of nowhere. Like those words should answer all Amory's question.
“Pano naman ako? What about me breaking?” Amory asked in an almost whisper. The little hope he had for the both of them just shattered into fragments that Amory knew he could not fix anymore.
Sebastian decided to keep his silence kaya hindi na napigilan ang galit at linapitan ito ni Amory at mahigpit na hinawakan sa kuwelyo.
“Am I the trash here Sebastian? For wanting this relationship? For acting like I deserve you more than her? It wasn't even your child!” Frustrated na sigaw ni Amory. “And you don't even try to make me understand.”
Sobrang okay nila sa probinsiya putangina. Kaya why is this even happening?
“I already made a choice Ry. I'm sorry.” He still answered in an indifferent tone. Amory's heart was directly stabbed by these words until it can't understand what's love anymore.
Galit na sinuntok ni Amory ang pader sa kaniyang tabi. He wanted to hurt Sebastian and made him feel the pain he was feeling but then hurting him would hurt him too, kaya ang sarili niya nalang ang sinaktan niya.
He was so mad that the words that came out of his mouth were the words he didn't really mean.
“I fucking hate you! I don't fucking care even if you fucking die or go to hell!” Binitawan niya ang pagkakahawak sa kuwelyo nito at itinulak ito palayo.
He angrily stormed out of the room.
Parang nababaliw na si Amory sa sobrang dami niyang nararamdaman. One moment he was angry at Sebastian and the other moment miss na niya ito.
At ngayon nga napagdesisyunan niyang panuorin ang kasalang magaganap. Sobrang nakakapanghinayang–hindi akalain ni Amory na mauuwi sa ganito ang relasiyon nilang dalawa.
When Melissa reach the altar, Sebastian took her hand and faced the altar together with his bride. And then again, he turned his back to Amory....but this time he won't be returning to his arms anymore.
Despite everything Amory knew that in his heart, he still wishes this man a happy and safe life ahead.
No more Amory and Sebastian...
