Chapter Twenty-seven

"Seb..." Sebastian turned his attention to him when he called his name.

They look at each other's eyes without uttering any word for a moment. His heart is beating very fast inside his chest.

Hinaplos niya ang mukha nito, his fingers traced his eyebrows and brush on thumb on Sebastian's eyelid and eyelashes. What a beautiful creature.

"It was a misunderstanding..." He saw how Sebastian was just intently listening so he continued talking.

"Soleil and I were done since a long time ago. It was just a friendly date and she's also in a relationship currently. I don't have feelings for her. And about the girl...at the club, I don't know her and I wasn't entertaining...I just don't know how to reject her."

Nagkasalubong ang dalawang kilay ng binata at tinanggal ang tingin sa kaniya. He directed his angry eyes and glared at the ceiling.

"Hey..." Amory wanted his attention.

"I hate it when those girls touch you." Sebastian said in a domineering voice. He kept it calm but the possesiveness was very evident.

Amory had a small smile on his face. This man is really something. Gusto siya nito. Why can't he accept it?

"Why don't we make each other's relationship an official one?" Amory decided to take courage and ask.

Sebastian was quite for a long time. While Amory was nervous as hell.

"You mean you want to be my boyfriend?" After a long pause Sebastian asked and Amory gave a nod as an answer.

"How is that different from our current relationship?" Sebastian ask in pure curiosity. Dude. This man has real high IQ pero parang ang baba ng emotional quotient nito. Why can't he realize it himself?

"Well if you agree, I'll be officially yours and you are officially mine. This will serve as an assurance that we will never cheat and a promise that we will be by each other's side no matter what." Amory said convinsingly.

And a promise that I will love you forever. Gustong idugtong ni Amory sa kaniyang sinabi but he decided to keep it to himself.

Medyo gumapang pa siya para makalapit dito. Amory looked at Sebastian with a hopeful beam on his face.

"Kiss me if it's a yes." Ipinikit ni Amory ang mga mata at inginuso ang nga labi habang naghihintay sa magiging sagot nito.

But when a few minutes passed and there was still no movement from Sebastian, Amory can't help but sigh in disappointment and opened his eyes to look at him.

Nakatingin rin ito sa kaniya, Sebastian was studying Amory's face and his feelings. Having a relationship with Amory means a lot of things to protect from his side. Kaya niya bang protektahan ang binata at ang relasiyon nila kung sakaling pumayag siya?

Actually, Amory got his attention the first time he saw him at the club. He had never been enticed by the beauty of a person before in his life, but this guy is just so good to look at. He has an eye smile whenever he smile or laugh and a normal blush on his cheeks. He was cute in Sebastian's eyes and he wanted to keep him for himself. He wanted the happiness in Amory's eyes to only be directed at him.

He knew the weird adoration he felt towards Amory is the reason why he let him do crazy antics around him. But he thought that he was just curious on how a boy is different than a woman on his bed. He wanted to see how Amory would look different under him while wreathing in pleasure.Turns out, it was just the surface of what he actually feels towards him that he does not want to name. Not yet.

But whenever Amory's attention was directed to someone else, he felt this surging rage inside him-like a storm that was inevitable to happen. He wanted Amory for himself but he can't risk this relationship and be his weakness.

He has a family name to uphold. No one should see a flaw in him-he should show dominance and power at all times. He is an Astor, he will be an heir to the large conglomerate that his family has been growing for generations. He can't be a disappointment to his father, to his mother, and to his siblings.

He was given the most freedom among his siblings, he studied where he wanted without much of the obligations and responsibilities unlike his older siblings. The only thing he did was keep the family name as usual-no bad news from the press, at walang nasasabi ang ibang taong masama.

Sebastian saw how tears welled up on Amory's eyes his face was even becoming red from keeping himself from crying infront of him when he didn't answer. Sebastian understand that Amory had maybe gotten the idea that he was not ready for a relationship.

Sebastian sighed helplessly. He caressed Amory's red cheek.

It's not that he doesn't want to be with him. He can't afford a relationship right now. Alam niyang unfair ito sa side ni Amory-he is keeping him for himself without assurance, but he wants to be selfish.

He is just trying to protect him and himself from his world and the things he can't say to him. Sebastian is living a life very different from others. Maybe one day, he will be strong enough to protect him.

Or maybe one day God will give him more time to be with this man...

Amory sadly turned his back at him at nagtalukbong ito ng kumot. Sebastian let him because he know that Amory was hurting.

He heard the muffled sobbed from Amory so Sebastian decided to go get some air outside. Pumunta siya sa may swimming pool at doon nanigarilyo. He look at the city lights.

Sometimes, he wished he was born as a simple person and not as an heir to their family's conglomerate.

Amory spend the whole night crying until he fell asleep dahil sa pagod, naramdaman niya ang pag-alis ni Sebastian sa tabi niya. Hayop talaga. Pagkatapos siyang pagurin, pinaiyak siya, tapos iniwan mag-isa.

Sobrang iyakin niya talaga para sa isang lalaki, he has always been like this even before. He just don't know how else he should handle the continuous heartbreak. Parang iiyak ngayon pero lalaban parin para sa ngalan ng pag-ibig. Haha

Ang unfair ng buhay.

When he woke up, he saw Sebastian in the kitchen preparing breakfast. This is not the first time he prepared breakfast for the both of them. One of the surprising things he learned about Sebastian is that magaling pala itong magluto. In fact, sa kanilang dalawa mas madalas siya nitong pinagluluto.

Akala niya noon wala itong alam gawin kung hindi ang magdemand. Mukha kasi itong laging pinagsisilbihan.

Nang maramdaman nito ang presensiya niya ay nilingon siya nito. Sebastian smiled sweetly at him.

Wow ha. Ang guwapo ng ngiti parang walang binasag na puso kagabi. Basagin niya kaya mukha nito?

"Let's eat." Sebastian finished preparing the table and .

Papaanong hindi siya maiinlove kung ganito ito? Nakakawala ng angas ang acts of service nito.
