Sam, Dean, and I went to a Fast food restaurant to talk, but since my shoulder was still painful, I booked a doctor's appointment for later. Dean and Sam grabbed the food while I stayed with Henry, who introduced himself to me. "How are you doing?" Sam asked as he sat down across from us. "I'll be fine. After all, despite everything, I've just met my grandsons, haven't I?" I looked down on my hands. "Kaylee, you too, your granddaughter adopted or not." Henry placed his hand on my arm; I gave him a light smile before shaking Sam's hand while Dean refused, which was rude. "That's Dean. He's normally not that rude." I grumbled with a stern look at Dean. Sam moved my salat towards me, which I dug into. "So, how do we stop the redhead from killing humanity?"
I asked between two bites of salad. "Better question: How come Abbadon didn't die when I stabbed her?" Dean asked. Henry explained that only a specific weapon could kill Demons. Dean showed him the ruby knife Sam or Dean usually carried. "Where did you get this?" Henry asked. "Demon gave it to me. We've been around this block so many times." Dean said, which made me roll my eyes at him, which he didn't see. Sam asked Henry about the portal he came from and if it was still open and suggested that if we couldn't stop Abbadon, we could at least throw her back from where she came from. "How did you do it?" Dean asked.
"It's a blood sigil. Blood leads to blood. Or their next of kin." Henry explained. "But Abaddon came through it, also, right? So, can you create this blood sigil again?" Sam asked. Henry mentioned a few ingredients he needed, plus a few weeks for his soul to recharge to do it again. "You used your soul for this?" Sam asked. "You should know this. What level are you two?" he asked back. "What level?" I asked, confused. "Level of knowledge. Your men of letters, correct?" Henry asked, which led to a confused look between Dean, Sam, and me. "Men of what?" I asked. "MEn of letter, like your father who taught you our ways," Henry explained. "Our father taught us how to be hunters." Sam snapped. "You're not. Are you? Hunters? Well, hunters are Hunters and apes. You're supposed to you're legacies."
Henry laughed a little bit, saying that. Looking at my watch, I noticed I was late, so I got up, said goodbye to Sam and Dean, and walked outside. I drove off to my appointment but wanted to catch up with Henry and my brothers shortly after; sadly, my shoulder was still pretty painful, so the doctor extended my sling for another two weeks, which I grudgingly accepted. Returning to the Motel, I learned that Abbadon had captured Sam while I was gone, and it took ages until I could see the doctor. She wanted Henry in exchange for Sam. "Hell no." My voice was high when I talked to Dean. "We have no other choice," Henry said from the side. "Course we have."
I looked over to him. Dean and I argued for a few more minutes until Dean said he had a plan. "oh great." I grumbled. Dean and I went with Henry into the old building where Abadon waited for us with Sam. "Sammy," I called, wanting to walk towards him, but Dean stopped me. "You know the plan," he whispered; as I stepped back, I waited. Dean stepped forward with Henry, whose hands were behind his back. I heard Henry say something to Dean, but I couldn't listen to what Dean replied. "Abaddon! I'll send Henry the box here. You do the same with Sam. No tricks." I heard Dean call out to Abbadon, who was on the other side.
"My only interest is Henry and the key. You two are free to go." Abbadon replied. "Yeah, we will if you keep to the Deal," I grumbled. "I made a deal with your brother, silly girl. Keep out of this." Abbadon hissed, but before I could say anything, I saw Dean letting go of Henry, who walked over to where Abbadon was. Sam whispered something to him but it was too calm for Dean and I to hear. I grabbed my knife and cut through Sam's ropes. "Don't do this, Dean. It's a bad Idea." Sam grumbled. "Shut your mouth. Let's go." Dean snapped. "Come on." Dean attempted to leave, but suddenly, the door closed in front of us. "We had a Deal." Dean snapped to Abbadon, standing on the other side of the room with Henry. "Surprise, I lied." she grinned. "You little bitch." I narrowed my eyes. I couldn't see what happened next, but Sam's scream made me widen my eyes, seeing Abbadon with a hand in Henry's Abdomen.
"Henry." I tried to run towards him but Dean stopped both Sam and I. All of a sudden, something happened that both Sam and I didn't expect. Henry shot Abbadon under the Chin, making her skull shine in a bright light, but it didn't work. Abbadon was back without being affected by the bullet. "Where is it?" She screamed when she noticed Dean and Henry had fooled him. Abbadon grabbed Henry while Dean snuck closer to her. Abbadon didn't see Dean behind her, but she spun around just as Henry fell to the ground, and Dean swung his machete, taking her head off her body. I turned my head when I felt the blood splatter when Dean chopped Abadons head off. "We did it," Henry said in a shallow breath, worried that I had gotten closer to him. I breathed deeply before sitting next to Henry. He gave me a light smile when Dean crouched down beside me. "No, you did it. For a bookworm, that wasn't bad, Henry." Dean whispered.
