The ray of sunshine gleamed upon my hair that is as brown as a coffee and as dark as a chocolate, curled up reaching upon my waist. The heat coming from the sunlight almost burned my fair skin that's as white as a milk and as fine as a cream. My charcoal eyes went smaller as the sun glitters upon my eyes—almost blinding me.

I sighed. “Oh my gosh! I'm on the verge of regretting my decisions in life.”

I fanned myself with my hand, trying to get some air. It's super mainit here in Trivino! No one told me that Trivino feels like hell.

I looked around me. I'm on a terminal right now. Beside me is my heavy baggage filled with my essentials.

The terminal is so noisy, probably because there are a lot of vendors on the roadside. There are two terminals here, one for the cars and the other is for the motorcycles and tricycles. And both side of terminals have vendors, like vegetable vendor, fruit vendor, street food vendor, and so many more.

While I'm here in front of the terminal, waiting for an air-conditioner to fall from the heavens, or might as well just snow.

I sighed once again. My other hand is on my waist as I annoyingly looked at my surroundings.

“Fishball! Fishball kayo, Ining! Oh, hijo, fishball! Masarap ito! Fresh from the factory! Sige na, bili na!” A man, which I presume, is on his 50's shouted at every single person passing by.

In front of him is a tricyle-like shop, I don't know. It has wheels, but it has a kitchen where they make prito the circular food on it. Well, that's amazing! What a great inventor!

“Kalabasa, hija? Kalabasa lang sayo?” A woman on her 40's asked her customer, which is also a woman, probably on her 30's.

“Kalabasa lang, Tiya. Kasyang-kasya na ito sa akin, ng asawa ko, at ng anak namin. Aabot pa nga ito hanggang bukas, eh,” the woman answered.

“Isda! Isda! Isda kayo diyan!”

I jumped in shock when another man suddenly shouted as he walked pass me, holding a blue basin filled with fish... that stinks.

I crinkled my nose.

Don't say anything, Lucy! Don't be an idiot! They're just doing their job!

“Anong isda iyan, 'Tay?!” A woman suddenly shouted as well, as she was passing in front me, making me leap in surprise.

“Why can't they just buy in peace? Do they really have to yell at each other?” I whispered to myself as I harshly fanned myself with my hands, which didn't even produce a single wind.

I examined the place again. I no longer know why I'm here. I'm starting to regret every decision I made in this lifetime.

“Where are the cars out here? Why do I only see buses? Don't they have a taxi or something?” My brows crossed as I annoyingly scratched my head.

“Para po!” A girl, which I assume is a highschool student, waved her hand mid-air. She's standing just near me.

Then I was surprised to see that a motorcycle stopped in front of her. Then she immediately lifted herself and sat on the motorcycle.

I blinked. “Oh, is that how they call a damn driver?”

I immediately carried my baggage, which is so damn heavy, and stood up to where the girl was awhile ago.

I then waved my hand on the air while biting my lip, with confidence.

A motorcycle stopped in front of me.

“Sasakay ka, Ma'am? Saan ka po?” The driver asked.

He's wearing a black helmet, a gray long sleeves inside a red t-shirt, and a denim pants.
