Discipline: Adam/Chloe (M/F) Scolding

Hayden & Chloe's Apartment
Monday Morning
Labor Day

Hayden's in the kitchen putting some dishes away, while the coffee is getting made. Chloe's still asleep, and Hayden wanted to let her rest. Something's been on Hayden's mind for weeks, he plans to talk to his dad about it today. Neither him or Chloe have work today since it's Labor Day. Cordell is still working, but told Hayden he could have the day off. After Hayden puts the dishes away, he grabs some coffee for himself. Then he goes to sit on the couch, and he turns the football game on from last night. Him and Chloe were super tired so went to bed early last night.

About twenty minutes later Chloe comes out of the room, still in her pajamas. "Morning babe." Hayden says. "I made some coffee." Hayden says. "Oh, thank you." Chloe smiles. After Chloe gets her coffee she sits on the couch next to Hayden. "Have any plans for today?" Chloe asks. "My dad gave me the day off, but I think I'm going to go have lunch with him. But, I was thinking I could take you out to dinner tonight." Hayden says. "I'd love that." Chloe smiles. "So just you and your dad?" Chloe asks. "Yeah, sorry babe. I need to talk to him about some things." Hayden says. Chloe nods, "Alright, I'll probably go to parents then." Chloe says.

Kennan & Skylar's House
Early Morning

The past few days Skylar had been feeling queasy, she could barley eat. She hadn't told Kennan, because she didn't want him to worry too much. But Kennan knew something was up since she hadn't been eating much. It was early morning on Labor Day. Everyone had the day off, so everyone was sleeping in expect Skylar. Skylar woke up, feeling queasy again. Skylar decided to go to the local pharmacy and get a couple pregnancy tests. She wanted to make sure she wasn't pregnant, if she was it would change a lot.

Skylar wrote a note on the counter in case Kennan woke up and wondered where she was. Skylar grabbed her van keys and purse and headed to the drug store. After Skylar bought a box of pregnancy tests she came back and went to the bathroom. Kennan still wasn't awake so she threw the note in the trash. Skylar went into the bathroom and used the first pregnancy test.

Skylar waited a few minutes and gasped to see it said positive. Skylar's heart felt like it was going to beat out of her chest. "It can't be." Skylar whispers to herself. Skylar decides to do one more since sometimes they can be faulty. Skylar does the test and waits a few minutes before she carefully picks the test up. Skylar's heart drops when it says positive as well. Skylar covers her face not knowing what they're going to do.

Skylar sits in the bathroom before a few minutes before there's a knock on the door. "Who is it?" Skylar calls with a shaky voice. "It's Kennan, babe you okay?" Kennan asks. "Y-Yeah." Skylar says. Skylar opens the bathroom door, tears going down her face. "Baby, what's wrong?" Kennan asks. Kennan pulls Skylar into his chest. "We messed up, babe." Skylar says. Kennan looks at her confused. Skylar walks back into the bathroom, and grabs the tests. Then puts the pregnancy tests into Kennans hands. Kennan looks at them for a few seconds before he looks up at Skylar.

"Another baby?" Kennan asks shocked. Skylar slowly nods her head. "What are we going to do?" Skylar asks. "Are we keeping it?" Kennan asks. "God yes. I wouldn't get rid of it if we don't have to." Skylar says. Kennan nods, "I agree!" Kennan says. "We'll be fine baby, I'm getting a raise soon." Kennan says. "But, we don't even have enough room, we didn't even want another kid!" Skylar says. "Babe, it's a surprise. But I think this is a blessing, you know I feel like it's a blessing." Kennan says. Skylar sighs, "Yeah, maybe. But how are we going to fit another kid in this house?" Skylar says. "We'll figure it out, we have plenty of time." Kennan says. Skylar lets out a shaky breath, and nods. "The most important thing right now is that we set you up a doctor's appointment." Kennan says. Skylar nods, "Yeah, that's a good idea." Skylar says.
