HARRY'S POV

Members of the Order rescued me and brought me to a creepy looking house? They told me they would explain everything to me once we got here. I spent the entire summer without news nor talking to my "friends" really.

I was attacked by dementors and used the patronus charm. Apparently I'm expelled from Hogwarts.

What a nice fucking summer. Note the sarcasm.

On the bright side. I talked to Daphne a lot by text and even phone calls. I also talked with the rest of the Serpents. Deli created a group chat and we all talked there, except for Hermione.

Surprisingly, Malfoy and I have a peaceful bond? Not friends but at least the hatred is still aside. We would bicker towards each other but no harm has been done.

When we walked in, I followed the group but I was stopped by Molly and told me to go upstairs.

I walked upstairs towards the room that Molly told me to go to. I opened the door slowly and I was attacked by a hug.

"Oh Harry!" Hermione said into the hug, I hugged her back awkwardly, "Are you alright?"

I nodded and gave her a fake smile. Ron walked towards us but hasn't said anything yet.

"We've heard them talking about the dementor attack. You must tell us everything." Hermione continued.
"Let a man breathe Hermione." Ron said. I looked at him and then looked back at Hermione.

"And the hearing at the Ministry! It's just outrageous! I've looked it up- they simply can't expel you. It's completely unfair!"

I was becoming irritated so I decided to walk further into the room avoiding eye contact and looking around the room.

"There's a lot of that going around at the moment." I said a bit annoyed with everything going on and them not talking to me or giving me any information.

"So what is this place?" I asked, turning around to face them furrowing my eyebrows.

"It's headquarters" Said Ron

"Of the Order of the Phoenix. It's a secret society Dumbledore formed it back when they first fought You-Know-Who." Added Hermione.

I rolled my eyes.

"You couldn't have put this in a letter, I suppose? I've gone all summer without a scrap of news! Scratch that, I haven't heard from you at all! At this point I consider The Serpents more of my friends than you!" I said irritated

"What? Those snakes? Your friends? Those people are the enemy! All of their father's are death eaters and you know that!" Ron said angrily.

"At least they have been there for me and not ignored me! And don't call them snakes! Hermione, you know they are good people, you are their best friend after all!"

Hermione looked at Ron who was fuming but nodded as she looked back at me.

"We talked about this Ronald! They are good people! They changed!" Hermione argued looking at Ron.
"Change? People don't change! They have brainwashed you! They are evil and you know it! Especially Monroe and Malfoy!"

"They are not evil Ronald! Don't talk about my friends like that. Yes Delilah and Draco can still be a little mean with others, but not with us!" Hermione said, crossing her arms.

"Even Malfoy has said more than two words this summer to me, unlike you!" I added angrily.

"Fine, whatever. Just because you two are brainwashed doesn't mean I will. Anyway, we really wanted to tell you Harry, we really did."
