The next morning, I woke up and saw her snuggled up in me. I smiled and softly caressed her hair. She looks so peaceful while sleeping. I carefully removed her grip from me and got down from the bed.
I went and took a shower. While showering, I remembered the day before yesterday's event. The flashes of the past, the blurry figures of 2 kids.
It hurts, my head hurts as I try to recall it. I don't know, if it's just some nightmare or something related to my past. I need to dig out and find out about myself, I need to know who am I? What was my past before being adopted by the Moretti.
"Lucas, how long are you going to stay in the shower?" I heard her voice.
"Just 2 minutes more."
I turned off the shower, dried myself with the towel and wrapped it around my lower waist. I stepped outside the bathroom, in the walk-in closet. The bathroom and walk-in closet are interconnected.
I quickly wore my formals and stepped outside in the room. Akshita was sitting on the bed, using her phone.
"Akshu? Did you need anything?" She looked up at me and shook her head.
"Nope, you were in the shower since an hour, so I was a little worried about you."
"I usually take long showers, if I wake up early and have enough time." She nodded her head.
"Are you sure, you are okay?" She asked, a little worried.
"I am corazón, stop worrying. Hmm?" She nodded, though reluctant.
"Okay, listen to me. I am fine. Don't worry, if it's something important, I will surely tell you myself."
"Sure?"
"Yes, now go freshen up and brush your teeths. I will prepare breakfast."
"Okay."
I walked out from the room and walked towards the kitchen to prepare some light breakfast. I was almost done cooking when I heard her voice.
"Lucas, what should I wear?" I heard her yell from the room. I chuckled.
"Akshu, check the drawer in my left, it has your clothes which you left last time."
"Oh! Okay." She yelled back.
I plated the breakfast and took it to the dinning room. I waited for akshita. She came in the dining room a few minutes later.
"Here, breakfast. After that you can go home, change and come straight to the office." She nodded her head.

In the afternoon, me and akshita both decided to have lunch together. I called her in my cabin for some work before lunch and the first thing i did was to pin her on the wall beside the door.
