35. Drunk

Akshita's pov

The next 2 days were spent in exploring the village, shopping and doing the local activities.

Today, we will be going snow-skatting. I am really excited for today. As always, he bundled up me in clothes, afraid I might catch cold.

"Akshu, let's go. It will take us a while for the walk."

"Yes, wait." I quickly put on my boots and came towards him. He kissed my forehead and held my hand in his as we walked towards the snow rink.

I looked around the arena, it was morning, almost near 9 am when we entered the place.

"Sit here, I will get us shoes." He made me sit on the bench outside the rink.

I sat there patiently when he came towards me, already wearing his skates. He looks so effortless doing it.

"Here, let me help you." He said and made me wear the skates.

He helped me stand up but i felt myself wobbled a little, I held onto Lucas's arm for my dear life.

"Relax, you won't fall."

"What if I fall? I will make a fool out of myself." I whinned.

"Even if you fall hundred times, I'll fall besides you. We'll look like fool together." I chuckled at his statement.

"You know how to skate?" I asked.

"I do, but it's my first time trying snow skating."

"Oh!"

"Now, come one. Let's go and fall together." He cheered. I laughed heartily hearing him.

He carefully entered the rink and then helped me. As soon as I stepped inside I slipped but Lucas caught me on time. We both chuckled.

"We just started and you are already falling." He chuckled softly.

"Yeah, it's hard." I replied, my legs still shaking.

"Okay, listen to me. Try to keep your balance, and shift your weight forward."

I nodded and bent a little from my hips, he had held my waist from behind and helped me glide through the rink.

"It's fun." I whispered as I felt my legs steady, and i glided forward.

"I know baby." I didn't realise but he left my waist.

I was gliding around when I saw him standing in a corner smiling at me, I wobbled onto my feet and fell on my bum. I laughed feeling the cold ice on my bum.

He glided towards me and helped me into my feets. I was still laughing.

"Was it funny?"

"Me falling? Definitely yes." I muttered still laughing.

"I love your laugh." He told me, i abruptly stopped and soon the crimson hue spread over my face.

"I don't need blush when with you Lucas, you are enough for that." I spoke with a straight face. He chuckled.

"It's my pleasure baby." He leaned down to kiss me.

We both stood in the middle of the rink, kissing eachother passionately. We broke away after a few minutes.

"My shy wifey." He chuckled, seeing me hide my face into his chest.

There were not a lot of people on the rink, a few high school kids and a couple.

"Let's skate." I muttered and glided away from him. I soon crashed onto my bum again.

"Oopsie-" He muttered and fell down besides me. We both laughed our ass out.
