22. Proposal

Akshita's pov

We both walked out of the igloo, bundled up in winter clothes. I smiled widely staring at aurora, it was pretty, just like i saw in the pictures and movies.

I am really very grateful to have him in my life. He literally is the man of my dream, the prince charming whom lots of girls dream about.

"You are so lost in admiring the lights that you forgot the light of your life." Lucas spoke in a teasing tone.

"You are really the defination of cheesiness." I snickered. He laughed.

"I am." He's really an idiot, but he's a cute one and I love him too much.

"Akshu, I-" I turned back hearing him and gasped.

Is he really- he is going to propose me?

"Lucas are you?" I shuttered.

"Yes baby, i am. I can't imagine my life without you anymore and I need to be called your man now."

"Corazón, since the time you came into my life, has been nothing more than beautiful for me. You brighten up my day and shine up my night. I love you and owe you a lot. You accepted me as i am, you accepted and loved all my flaws. You accepted my past, you loved me for who i am, not what I became. I love you so much sweetheart, Will you let me be called your man?" He paused, then took out a ring box from his pocket and continued, "Will you marry me corazón?"

I stared at him with teary eyes. He is perfect. I nodded my head with tears streaming down my face. I immediately bent down and hugged him tightly, sobbing. He rubbed my back up and down to calm me. I smiled softly and pulled back.

"I love you too and yes I will marry you." I mumbled and pulled him in a passionate kiss.

We pulled back, and he said," You are kissing me a lot baby, am I so addicting?" I blushed and nodded my head.

"The proposal was perfect Lucas. I am so happy, it was always my dream to be proposed under the aurora."

"I know sweetheart, once you had mentioned your wish about being proposed like this." I smiled at him.

"You know, you are perfect."

"I do, baby girl."

"Okay, now that you agreed to marry me, I need to tell you about my son."

"SON?" I yelled in shock and moved away from his lap. He nodded his head looking all serious.

"Yes, he's my first baby and I love him so much." I gasped and felt betrayed, he has a freaking child.

"Oh, shit! You have a child?"

"Yeah, I do have a child."

"What's his name?"

"Vesper." I looked at him in confusion.

"Vesper? But you never told me about him? Where was he all these years?"

"At his place."

"Huh? What?"

"At the dungeon, that's his home." He deadpanned.

"Are you dumb? You let a freaking child stay at your dungeon where you torture and do your mafia stuff?"

"This godamn child of mine, freaking shreds his enemies into pieces." I looked shocked at the revelation.

"What?" I shuttered.

"Yes, it's a tiger." He laughed completing his sentence. I glared at him.

"How dare you? You idiot bunny." I said and launched myself into his body, pulling into his hairs. He fell on his back laughing as I sat on his stomach pulling on his hairs.
