Mandalore:

A group of Rebels that refused to bow to Maul, including the Nite owls and a few former Death Watch members, sat on the docks of Sundari. "We can't rescue Satine. They have that psychopath Gunslinger and an elite guard guarding her. Maul must've got wise to our plan," Korkie said as they hid behind some crates. "Fine, we'll have to do this ourselves. At least the people are safe and aren't being massacred," one friend of Korkie's said. "They killed Pre Vizsla, they've established themselves as the tyrants ruling Mandalore, that's bad enough that we have to do this," Bo stated as she got out her communicator and began to record a message, meant for Obi-Wan Kenobi. "This is a message for the Jedi council, more specifically Obi-Wan Kenobi. Mandalore has been taken over by the crime families and has fallen. Duchess Satine has lost Mandalore and has been imprisoned," Bo said. Just then multiple Mandalorians in red and black armour, including one with Horns, landed behind them. "Times up traitors," he said, as they began firing. "We need your help!" Bo shouted, but was forced to escape when more of the red and black Mandalorians turned up and started shooting at her and the other Rebels.

Jedi Temple:

At the Jedi temple, Obi-Wan had been called to see both Master Mundi, and Yoda. "You summoned me, masters?" He asked, but both remained silent as Mundi pressed a button on the holo-table. The recording Bo sent immediately started playing. "This is a message for the Jedi council, more specifically Obi-Wan Kenobi. Mandalore has been taken over by the crime families and has fallen. Duchess Satine has lost Mandalore and has been imprisoned. Please help us!" She shouted before multiple red and black Mandalorians turned up and began shooting and arresting the rebels, cutting the message off. "Your thoughts on this, master Kenobi?" Yoda asked. "Satine has been at odds with the Death Watch for years. And according to a report from Padawan Tano, they are no longer in league with the Separatists. If there was a takeover on Mandalore, it was most likely an independent act, caused by the Death Watch alone," he stated.

"Without involvement from the Separatists, this is an internal affair for the Mandalorians. I'm afraid we cannot help," Mundi said. "We cannot just hand Mandalore over to these crime families and let Satine become a martyr!" Obi-Wan protested. "Understand your feelings I do, Obi-Wan. But to take action, support from the Republic senate we will need," Yoda admitted. "You know what Malidictus would say if he caught you saying that. He'd say we've become lap dogs, and in this case I'm inclined to agree with him," Obi-Wan stubbornly said. "Whether or not that's true, the senate will not assist a neutral world," Mundi sighed. "At this time, nothing more can we do," Yoda solemnly said.

Mandalore:

"Satine's sympathisers have escaped, including renegade Death Watch soldiers. But we will find them. One of the Death Watch soldiers seems to have contacted the Jedi," Almec said as Maul's eyes shot open. No, no, no, NO!!!, they'll kriff up the whole KRIFFING PLAN!!!, Maul screamed mentally, but kept his composure outwardly, albeit moving a little. This, was not good. Not good in the slightest. If the Jedi found out, then the Republic would find out, then that would mean an invasion, and unless the Sith empire made their move soon, Maul could see Mandalore falling to Sidious' control.

"Hmmm. This is most troubling. But we shall prepare. You have done well," Maul said in his ice tone. "What of the people?" Almec asked. "You are the legitimate prime minister. Mandalore is a sovereign planet, but we need some form of change. The Sith empire recently has grown, and their capital planet is near Mandalore. I should like you to contact them and establish an defensive alliance. Is that clear?" Maul said, not liking the move he had been force to make. "And what of the Jedi?" Almec asked as Savage growled at him. "Because of Mandalore's neutrality and soon, alliance with the Sith empire, the Jedi have no jurisdiction here. If Kenobi comes to rescue his friend, he will come alone," Maul predicted before waving everyone away.
