Kamino:

Malidictus exited the ramp with Darth Hopper at his side, and their clone legions behind them. Thankfully, other Templar warriors and their legions of clone troopers were fighting so well, that Hopper and Malidictus' legions could be spared for operations like this. As they stepped into the platform, the rain came down hard on all of them, but thanks to Malidictus' force shield that he put up with a mere flick of his finger, no one got even a tiny droplet of rain on them. Walking inside the facility, they were met by Lama Su, the Kaminoan Prime Minister, and Nala Se, the head scientist. "Good day Grand Emperor, to what to do we owe this...visit?" Lama Su asked. Malidictus smiled, "I thought I would come here and talk to you two directly about a new batch of clones I need," he smiled. The pair of Kaminoans nodded and led the way to Lama Su's office, however, when their back was turned, Malidictus quickly turned around and gave hand signals to the clone legions to secure the facility, so that when things happened, it would be quick and efficient, with minimal problems. The clones nodded and headed off in opposite directions, as Malidictus turned to Hopper. "Go find the central computer. I will stall them, but when you find the computer, download everything relating to the finances, clone production, and neural chips onto this drive and contact me when you have. The drive will automatically upload it all to my personal secured data drive back on Dathomir which I can access remotely with my communicator. Use violence if necessary, but don't kill them, subdue them and knock them out," he whispered as Hopper nodded and subtly slipped away from the group.

At Lama Su's office, Malidictus was now stalling the pair of Kaminoans as Hopper did what he need to do. "How many clone legions do you need my lord?" Nala asked. "Kriff knows. But a fair few legions will do. The borders are constantly getting attacked and we need to reinforce the lines," he said as Nala Se nodded. Lama Su then spoke up, "And do you have the means to pay for these clones?" He asked. It's always the leader that's the greediest kriffer around, Malidictus thought. "I do indeed Prime Minister," he said. Just then, Hopper contacted him through a message on his communicator. Got the information my lord.

Grinning, Malidictus turned to the pair of Kaminoans. "Excuse me for a second," he said to which they nodded and he left, closing the door behind him. Immediately, he contacted Hopper. "Tell me what you've found old friend," he said. "The chips are officially used for reducing aggression, but there's something else. 150 separate orders for all the Republic clones...and the Imperial ones," he stated, sounding horrified.

"What are these orders?" Malidictus asked. "Most of them are to act as distractions and have absurd uses, but there are four orders that stand out. Three are....just horrible, whilst one is stupid," he said. "What's the stupid one?" Malidictus asked out of curiosity. "Order 67. It orders the clones to dance and wash their armour," Hopper answered. "And the other three?" Malidictus asked. "Order 37. It has the clones round up an entire city, or densely populated areas, and mass arrest them all, with the threat of execution if the criminal they are hunting does not turn themselves in. Should the criminal turn themselves in, the order is stopped, but if they don't, the people are executed. Then there comes Order 99, which orders the imperial clones to attack the Sith empire and kill us all. And finally, there's the brother of Order 99. Order 66, which marks the Jedi as traitors and has the clones execute them," Hopper explained, sounding horrified.

Malidictus froze for a few seconds, these orders, they were contingencies, and the only being who wanted the Jedi dead was...Sidious. He probably orchestrated the creation of the clone army, and once he found out about the imperial clones, he had them be installed with a similar order. Gets rid of two problems at once. Smart, had it not just been discovered. "Download the files to the drive. It's time we enact the plan. We do not know who is part of Sidious' inner circle inside the Republic, so we cannot tell the Jedi or the Republic Senate. Instead, we shall just have to prepare for it," Malidictus said as he disconnected.
