And, these days he is in Canada to buy a palace to make a hotel there. He is in Canada for four days to crack this deal but on the price amount he is wishing.
Karan is hardcore business men, he do all the deals on his conditions he never bow down in front of anyone ever in his life.
He is multi billionaire and 30 years old men.
He came to Canada and Mr. Mahajan (55 year old men) he is owner of the palace, he wants to buy.
But, he is offering 35 crore and Mahajan's expecting 50 crore but this bargain going on from past 6 months, so Mr. mahajan invited him to stay in this palace and then decide the price he should offer to them.
Karan is expected to close this deal around 40 crore not a single rupee over 40 crore but Mahajan's are not happy until they get 45 crore at least.
They have a huge loan, so they have no option, they had to sell this. But they are trying their best to get best amount so their problem's get solved.
So, now Karan Shergill reach this Palace.

No doubt this is the worthy place and a little investment and this palace will turn upto worth Rupees 300 crore easily but I decided myself that I won't pay more than 40 crore so I won't.
