Taylor and Travis walked into school together, their hearts pounding in unison. They tried to maintain a facade of normalcy, but the magnetic pull between them was undeniable. As they joined Abigail and Selena in the cafeteria, Taylor could feel the electricity between her and Travis, crackling with every subtle glance and every accidental touch.
They sat down with their trays, but the food was the last thing on Taylor's mind. She could feel Travis's presence beside her, his leg brushing against hers under the table, sending jolts of excitement through her. She dared to let her pinky finger brush against his on the table, the light touch sparking an intense current between them. For a moment, she wondered if he felt it too, if his pulse quickened like hers, if he was as acutely aware of her as she was of him.
Travis shifted slightly, his hand moving closer to hers, and she could feel the tension coiling tight between them. It was as if the world had shrunk down to just the two of them, every sound and sight fading into the background, leaving only the sharp intensity of their connection.
Travis couldn't help but steal glances at Taylor, his mind replaying every moment they had shared together. The way she looked at him, the way her lips had felt against his, everything about her drove him wild. Sitting next to her now, he could barely focus on anything else. The urge to reach out and hold her hand, to feel her warmth, was overwhelming. He let his hand inch closer, until their fingers touched. The brief contact was like a spark igniting a fire inside him.
Taylor's breath hitched at the touch, her heart racing. It was just a small touch, barely noticeable to anyone else, but to them, it felt like the beginning of something unstoppable. They both knew they were playing with fire, but neither wanted to pull away.
Selena, noticing the almost tangible tension between them, leaned over and raised an eyebrow at Taylor. "Taylor, you're practically drooling over him. Get a grip!"
Taylor blushed, embarrassed but unable to deny the truth. She leaned in closer to her friends, whispering, "I can't help it. I haven't kissed him in days because of my mom's grounding. It's driving me crazy."
Abigail and Selena exchanged knowing glances, trying to keep their friend grounded. "Remember, we promised your mom we'd keep an eye on you two," Abigail reminded her. "We can't let you sneak off."
"But I need to see him, like really see him.." Taylor pleaded, her desperation clear in her eyes.
Selena sighed, giving her a stern look. "No way. We promised your mom, and you know she'll kill us if we let you do something stupid."
Taylor's heart sank, but she wasn't ready to give up. The longing inside her was too strong, and the idea of waiting any longer felt unbearable.
The day moved on, and soon it was time for sports. Travis was on the football field, his body moving with practiced ease and power. Taylor, sitting in the stands with Abigail and Selena, couldn't tear her eyes away from him. The way he moved, the intensity in his expression, she was captivated, her heart racing with every step he took.
As she watched Travis on the football field, her thoughts began to spiral in ways she hadn't anticipated. His every movement was a symphony of strength and grace, each powerful stride and move drawing her in deeper. She found herself mesmerized by the way his muscles rippled under his jersey, how the fabric clung to his broad shoulders and chest, now soaked with sweat. The glistening sheen on his skin only made him more irresistible, and she couldn't stop herself from imagining what it would feel like to run her hands across his chest, to trace the lines of his muscles with her fingers.
