XIX: Oh trouble....

Lineysha's POV

Hindi ko alam sa kung paanong dahilan pero ang tahimik ng byahe namin pabalik sa Academy.

Hindi naman sila tulog, sadyang hindi lang sila nagsasalita.

May mali ba sa nasabi ko kanina? Simula kasi noong sinabi ko iyon ay natahimik sila. Mukhang may mali nga.

Napapikit-pikit ako habang nasa byahe, naalala kong hindi pala ako nakaidlip sa byahe kanina kaya ngayon na busog ako ay nakaramdam ako ng antok idagdag mo pa ang pagsisimulang umulan.

Kaya napagdesisyunan kong umidlip muna, ngunit pinagsisihan ko rin agad iyon.

A mess again, but this time it's different. My forehead creased while looking at my surroundings.

Ito ang kasalukuyan...I mean, the car here in mission was the same car that we're using right now going back to the Academy and the clothes etcetera...are the same.

Only that, we're all in a mess fighting a flying woman monster. I squinted while looking at it, trying to figure out what it was.

And after a few more seconds I finally had the answer.

A fury...

Monster in the underworld. I was busy watching what was happening but then I almost froze when I saw Critzel got stabbed by the fury's claw and that's when I had the urge to wake up.

But luck wasn't really on my side right now. I had a hard time waking up and finally after a couple of; I don't know how long, I finally woke up.

"I don't think an old lady in this kind of situation is normal."

"No!" But I was too late, Isaac already got out of the car.

I immediately unlocked the door beside me. Even though it's raining I didn't hesitate to follow Saac.

"Isaac! get inside!" Nanlaki ang mata ko nang makalapit na siya sa matanda. I immediately summoned an ice spike at narinig ko rin ang pagbabaan nila na siyang ikinainis ko.

"What's happening Neysha?"

"Get inside!" Hindi ko napigilan ang sarili ko at napasigaw na ako.

"What's wrong Neysha? Umuulan at mag-isa lang si lola." I'm sure I was not hallucinating when the old woman trembling in the cold, smiled at me evilly which I was the only one who saw it.

"Listen to me, all of you get inside!" And they must have turned into deaf 'cause all of them defy me and it's making me mad even more. And I don't understand where my anger is coming from. This is not my usual self! I'm supposed to be calm in times like this!

"Neysha are you okay?"

"Let's curry the old woman inside." My eyes widened in disbelief. "C'mon it's raining!" Umiling-iling ako, lumapit si Critzel sa matanda para tulungan ito.

"No! it's a fury!" They all stiffened. At agad akong kumilos upang ilayo sila sa matanda ngunit huli na dahil nakita ko na lang na tinanggal ng matanda ang mga claw nito na nakabaon sa tiyan ni Critzel.

"Critzel!" Isaac kicked the fury and I immediately curry Critzel and handed her over to Ciara. Critzel was bleeding so bad, and I'm afraid that her organs were damaged...

"Oh f-f*ck.." and she even managed to mutter a curse.

"Please, Ciara, do everything." Ciara nodded at me nervously. Napalingon ako sa kanila, we're all wet because of the rain and having a hard time fighting a flying monster.

Only Zia can catch up with her.

"T*ngina! Papatayin ko 'yan! Ihagis mo dito Zia!" Galit na galit na sigaw ni Saac.

It doesn't help that the fury in front of us right now is Allecto; the unceasing of anger. And it explained my sudden anger a while ago.

It's a winged black monster with an undeniable sharp claw.

"They don't die," I uttered, Saac looked at me a little bit embarrassed, maybe for not listening to me a while ago. I just shook my head and flew up.

Ngumisi ang fury nang makita na ako.

"I'm grateful to you, My Lady." The way she called me turned my face into sour. My lady, my ass.

I had trauma with people calling me that.

Zia's thunder bolt was not working with her since masyado itong maliksi at mabilis na naiilagan ito.

Grateful...why is she grateful?

Suddenly a whip formed in her hand. She intended a fight huh?

"I was only here to kill one of you, but then might as well kill more." I greeted my teeth in anger. With my ice sword in my hand I flew towards her, Zia and I surrounded her.

But it was true that time has strengthened a monster like her because no matter how Zia hits her with her lightning she'll survive.

She lashed her whip and it almost hit Zia and I, only if I didn't bend down. I back flip and I send a strong force towards the fury and it made her hit the floor.

If I can't defeat her with my weapon then do it in another way.

Isaac ran towards the fury while throwing a ball of fire on her, the fury managed to dodge some but when Isaac finally released his white fire the fury could only face it.

Nagkatinginan kami ni Zia. "A boyfriend's rage is quite different," she said before we head down.

The fury was already pulverized before it could go completely gone.

Nagpunta kami sa sasakyan para tingnan si Critzel.

"She's f-fine..." Nanghihinang ani ni Ciara at sumandal ito sa upuan. "It might take long before she wakes up." She looked at us tiredly. "Please, let's go home." Sumakay kami ng sasakyan.

Tahimik kaming bumyahe, si Harry na ang nag d-drive ngayon at si Isaac ay nasa tabi ni Critzel sa pinakalikuran. Nakaunan si Critzel sa hita nito.

Pinagmasdan ko sila at mukhang nilalamig na sila, dahil doon ay inabutan ko ng kumot si Ciara, nagkaroon ng idea ang iba at kumuha na rin ng kaniya-kaniyang kumot.

"How about you?" Zayn asked, I shook my head.

"I'm fine." Sanay na ako sa lamig at hindi na bago sa akin ito.

"Neysha, s-sorry kanina..." Si Asa, mahina ang boses habang nakayuko. Napatingin ako sa kaniya at ngumiti, then I patted her head.

"It's fine, I understand. Sorry if I yelled," paghihingi ko rin ng paumanhin. It's my fault too, I didn't explain right away, I only told them to get inside, of course they'll be confused as to why I am yelling and mad.

"We can't really not pass a week without getting in trouble." Harry muttered and we couldn't agree more.

Surely, the mortal's realm wasn't safe for us, demi-gods.

"Do the fury really die?" Trix asked, probably confused. Ang alam kasi naming lahat ang mga monster ay hindi na mamatay.

"The kindly one, won't." I said putting a heavy pressure on my words. Kindly ones are the way everyone else calling them since uttering their real names would put you in a situation you wouldn't want, uttering their name attract, and we wouldn't want another trouble. "Monsters don't have souls, soon they'll come back."
