Gael has no class for today, so he's taking me on a date. I reminded him that this date is not necessary but he still insists.

I let him.

The night when Achelois fell asleep. After I cleaned her face, I woke her up and she woke up like nothing happened. Like she never cried, she acted nice and well prepared.

She's good at hiding. If I didn't catch her dried tears, I wouldn't know she cried.

We came back in silence, like nothing happened at all. As the night became deeper, the guests were becoming few. We stayed for a bit, helping them to clean the place. After that we went home, for Achelois and her friends, they went to manila the same night.

It's sad, yeah, I'm sad.

"Where are we going?" We're already at his car and currently driving in a green part of our province.

I'm not familiar with the place.

"It's a surprise." I shrugged. Binuksan niya ang stereo kaya nanahimik na ako.

Pumasok kami sa kung saang lagusan, sinusundan ko lang naman siya. Since hindi rin ako pamilyar sa lugar ay hinayaan ko na siyang magnavigate.

"I have something to show you." He offered his hand, na agad ko na namang tinanggap.

"Before anything else..." Nilabas nito ang blindfold saka ngumiti. "Can I?" He smiled, nagdadalawang isip pa ako kung papayag ba ako but eventually I agreed without saying a word.

He carefully put the blindfold and held my hand. He also encircled his arms around my waist to guide me.

"Where are we, Gael?" I asked, hindi naman ako takot sa dilim pero ang uncomfortable kasi ng blindfold. Ayokong walang nakikita, para akong bulag.

"Somewhere hon. I am sorry if I need to put a blindfold on you." Since I can't use my sense of sight that's why I'll just use my sense of hearing.

It's quiet and I think there's a group of people. Gentlemen if I am not mistaken. I can also hear Gael's breathing, it's heavy and fast as if he's nervous or something. Lumingon ako sa gawi noong narinig ko ang yabag nilang paalis.

"Bakit mo sila pinaalis?" Natigil naman siya sa paghakbang kaya tumigil din ako.

"H-how...how did you know that we're not the only one here?" Sa kanya naman ang lingon ko dahil sa sinabi niya.

"I can hear their footsteps. I may be blind but I am not deaf." He chuckled nervously

"Now can you take this off? It's uncomfortable." I don't know bakit bigla na lang sumama ang pakiramdam ko o kung bakit ba ako naiinis.

"I am sorry hon but if that's what you want." He finally took it off, ang malungkot na mukha niya ang bumungad sa akin.

Gosh bakit ang gwapo niya? Saka bakit ang cute niya dyan? Should I be mad pa para makita ko araw-araw yang expression na yan?
