Chapter 92

Soleil POV

"Thanks for picking me up baby" Tremaine said as he got in the car.

His car broke down so it's in the shop, and I picked him up from work today.

"No problem, I cooked some soul food at home so, you got a good meal waiting on ya" I said.

"Oh see I needa make you my wife and quit playing" He said and I laughed.

"I been told you that" I said.

I then turned the music up and it was "Best friend 4L" by YNW Melly playing off my phone through the Bluetooth of the car.

I bobbed my head and seen Tremaine doing the same and he was rolling up a blunt.

"You my twin" I said and we both laughed.

"You got weed on you too?" He asked.

"And the wraps" I said chuckling. "It's been a minute since I smoked though honestly" I added.

"Why is that?" He asked.

"I been sick lately as you know, and I don't like smoking when I'm sick or having stomach aches" I said.

"Oh yeah, I understand that baby. I won't smoke this around you then, I'll wait till we get home so the smell won't fuck wit yo stomach" He said.

I nodded my head and we both started singing the lyrics to the song at the same time.

"That's my wife, that's my best friend, I will never lie or pretendddd" We both sang before we laughed and he leaned in kissing my cheek then I turned my head so he could kiss my lips.

"I love you cuh" He said to me. "My Mookie" He added.

"I love you more. I been meaning to ask you something" I said.

"Wassup" He said licking and sealing the blunt shut.

"Your birthday is coming up. What do you wanna do?" I asked.

"Man I don't give a fuck bout my birthday Mookie" He said.

"Nooo baby I don't want you to think like that" I said.

"It's the truth. I don't have anything in mind" He said shrugging.

"I'll figure something out" I said.

Oh I'm going all out for his birthday. Tremaine deserves it all, I wanna do it up for my baby.

"I'm coo wit just kicking it wit you, smoking up and eating for my birthday. Then eat you for dessert" He said and I cheesed.

"Oooh" I said.

"Oooh" He said back and we both laughed.

"I got chu though baby, don't trip" I said as I pulled up to my house, and I parked the car.

We got out the car, and I pulled out the keys to let us in.

Once we got in the house, I said "Your food is on the table"

"Thank you baby" He said giving me a kiss.

"You're welcome" I said about to walk off but he grabbed my hand saying "Where you going?"

"To the bathroom" I said.

"Oh aight" He said placing a kiss on my hand, making me blush before letting me go.

I quickly went to the bathroom and I took my purse with me.

Because I bought a pregnancy test.

I've been throwing up like a mothafucka and having stomach aches. And my titties been feeling sore, and they say those are just some of the symptoms.

That's also why I haven't been smoking. Because I know there's a possibility that I could be pregnant.

I pulled out the pregnancy test box, reading the instructions first before opening it.

I grabbed one of the paper cups we keep in the bathroom, and I peed in it.

I took a deep breath as I wiped myself and flushed the toilet. Then I sat the cup down and grabbed the pregnancy test strip. I put it inside of the cup with the pee and waited for two minutes like it instructed me to.

I was so nervous.

Felt like the longest two minutes ever.

Once the two minutes were up, I grabbed the pregnancy test.

And it said positive.

My eyes widened.

"Wow.." I said.

I'm pregnant.

I'm about to become someone's mother.

I had a lot of emotions running through me.

I was happy, I was scared, I was nervous, I was anxious. And excited.

It was too much at once.

Then it just made me think about my mom and my eyes watered.

I could never do my child the way my mother did me.

I looked in the mirror and tears rolled down my face.

I smiled a little looking down at my stomach. Even though I'm not showing yet.

I was just so happy. Blessed.

I'll get to love on a lil one for the rest of my life.

I rubbed my stomach as I cried lowly, trying my best to make sure Tremaine didn't hear me.

I wanna surprise him with this so I'm not gone tell him yet.

I grabbed some tissue and dried my eyes, pulling myself together.

I gotta schedule a doctor's appointment just to confirm for sure that I'm pregnant and get everything I need to get done.

I then got rid of everything in regards to this pregnancy test, washed my hands, and headed out the bathroom.

"You aight?" Tremaine asked me.

"Yeah I'm coo" I said.

"Thought yo ass had the bubble guts" He said and I laughed saying "Shut up."

"I didn't wanna start eating without you" He said.

"Aww, I love that" I said giggling.

I then sat down across from him at the table and reached for his hands. He grabbed mine and I started praying.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day and for this meal we are about to receive. We pray that You give us the nourishment we need, and we pray that You bless this meal we are about to eat. In Jesus name, Amen" I prayed.

"Amen" Tremaine said after me and we started eating.
