"I'm so glad to finally be home." I said to Tremaine as we finally got home from the hospital. I was there for like three days after I gave birth. Tremaine has been there with me and our son the whole time as well.

"Me too, finally" Tremaine said.

I went to the backseat and grabbed baby TJ from the car seat. "My sweet baby." I said as I held him in my arms.

I cannot believe I'm a mother.

And now that I'm a mother, there will be a lot of changes.

I don't want any more drama. Or weirdness.

That's why I haven't been in contact with my mom and definitely not Desireè.

We got in the house and I took a deep breath. We already had a crib set up for the baby and all.

I'm glad we did all of that early.

I sat on the edge of the bed and put baby TJ in the crib, before rubbing my face.

"I need to take a hot shower." I said.

"Okay, go head Mookie, I'll watch lil man while you're in there" Tremaine said.

"Okay, thank you" I said.

"I'll order a pizza or something, I'm so over that hospital food cuh" He said and I laughed saying "Nah for real. I'm so glad we're home."

I then started getting my night clothes ready, and I went in the bathroom to shower.

When I was finally done showering and getting ready for bed, I stepped out the bathroom and seen Tremaine holding the baby.

"He cried a bit but I got him to calm down" He said.

"He's probably hungry" I said.

"That's what I was thinking" Tremaine said. He handed the baby over to me, and I sat on the edge of the bed, lifting my shirt up.

As I began breastfeeding baby TJ, I asked Tremaine "Did you order the food?"

"Yeah. Got a meat lovers pizza with breadsticks and a two liter Pepsi. Should be here any minute now." He said.

"Wooo I can't wait, I'm starved." I said.

"How you feeling Mookie? You know, being a new mom and everything." Tremaine said to me.

"It's definitely something to get used to but I love it here. This lil man is gonna rely on us for the rest of our lives." I said.

"You know... I always saw this coming." Tremaine said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I always knew you would be my wife and the mother of my kids. I seen that coming since high school... That's something I always wanted." Tremaine said and I smiled.

"Me too... And I cannot wait till I'm officially your wife." I said looking at my engagement ring.

"On the way, don't even trip on it" He said with a smile before walking over to me, giving me a kiss.

"I can't even put into words how I feel right now. I'm just so grateful." I said, he grabbed my chin and said "I am too. Thank you for having my baby. And for just being you cuh. I need you Soleil."

"I need you too.." I said before he kissed me again, and this time it was longer before we pulled away.

I was finished breastfeeding so I put my shirt down and started burping the baby. Tremaine's phone started ringing and he answered it saying "Hello?"

"Oh aight I'm coming.." He said before hanging up the phone. "Pizza's here" He added. I nodded my head as he went to the front door to go get it.

The baby spit up and bit and I used his bib to clean his mouth and clean the spot he spit up on, and I continued to burp him. "Mama's baby." I mumbled with a smile.

He looks just like Tremaine. My genes didn't even try to fight this round. I chuckled at the thought.

It's coo though cause next time the baby gone look like me.

After I was done burping the baby, I just held him in my arms and slowly rocked him back and forth. Usually after he eats he goes straight to sleep so.

I kissed his forehead, and Tremaine walked in with two plates with pizza and breadsticks on both of them for us.

"You want some Pepsi baby?" He asked me.

"Yeah just a little bit, thank you daddy." I said and he smirked before winking at me and I laughed.

"I got chu" He said before going to get the drink, and before I knew it my son was out like a light.

I slowly carried him to the crib and laid him down in it. I took a deep breath and sat on the edge of the bed again, when Tremaine came in with two glasses of Pepsi and handed me one.

"Thank you" I said.

"Lil man sleep?" He asked.

"Mhm. Every time he eat, he knock out." I said chuckling.

"Wanna play the game when we done eating?" Tremaine asked.

"Boy please everytime we play you get all loud. You gone wake the baby" I said and he laughed.

"I just be real into it" He said.

"Which is why we can't play right now" I said chuckling and he smacked his lips saying "Aight but tomorrow you gotta play."

"I will" I said.

"Coo. So uh... We gotta wait six weeks to do anything huh." He said and I laughed so hard covering my mouth.

"What?" He said laughing.

"Boy yes we cannot have sex or nothing for six weeks. You'll be aight" I said.

"Just feels like a long time" He said as he chuckled.

"Honestly it's not long to me, it actually is pretty short considering I gotta heal up down there." I said.

"Plus I waited almost a year when we first got together for us to have sex, you right, I'll be aight." He said and I chuckled saying "See? Ain't that long."

"I just thought bout it like cuh I waited way longer than that. So you right" He said laughing a little.

"I'ma pray over our food" I said to him.

"Alright" Tremaine said.

"Thank you Lord for blessing us with this meal. I ask that you bless and purify this meal in the name of Jesus, and please give us the nourishment we need in our bodies. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen." I prayed.

"Amen." Tremaine said before we started eating.

12:45 AM

I woke up hearing the baby crying, and I yawned before stretching my arms out and getting out the bed. I looked over and seen Tremaine knocked out sleep.

I walked over to the crib and grabbed the baby, holding him in my arms and patting his back gently.

"It's okay baby, mommy's here" I said and he stopped crying soon as I held him. He probably was scared when he first woke up.

He was still crying just a little, and I said "Shhhh... It's okay." As I slowly rocked him.

Tremaine woke up and mumbled "Is everything okay?"

"Mhm" I said, he nodded his head and closed his eyes going back to sleep.

I walked to the living room and sat on the couch, resting the baby in my arms so he can go back to sleep. Then I can go back to sleep.

I turned the tv on to watch My Wife and Kids and I put it low so it wouldn't disturb the baby, and I just waited for him to go back to sleep.
