Addison's POV

It doesn't take long to start setting up Meredith's nursery, I've ordered a crib online, and we where able to get a new wardrobe quite quickly,
I was so happy Meredith liked the clothes Arizona bought,
"Addie," I hear her calling from the lounge where she's playing with Zona,
"I'm just in the nursery my love, putting away some of the dresses we bought for you." I explain, smiling at the dresses we'd bought they where all dresses that had built in short, Meredith told me she liked dresses but likes to have shorts on so I managed to find some so she would be comfortable in.
"I want you to come pway" she calls,
"Ok baby girl I'm coming," I answer, putting the last dress away, "what are we playing bug?" I ask, smiling at the sight of Arizona and Meredith sitting together in the lounge room.
"We pwaing with my dowies" Meredith explained,
"See this is pwincess awiel she wooks wike you Addie, you can play as her." She continued passing me the doll,
"Thank you bug, what Princess do you have," I ask, smiling at Arizona who also had a princess in her hand
"I'm pwincess Meredith, silly," she replied laughing, "and Zona it pwincess Au..awowa...ar.."
"Aurora" Arizona added, noticing Meredith was struggling, "but you can say sleeping beauty bug it's a bit easier."
"Zona is sleeping beauty because she had blonde hair like Zona." Meredith explained,

Arizona's POV

A few days later,

It's the first day back at work today since Meredith moved in with us, we had a meeting with Richard yesterday, we discussed everything, he agreed to keep Meredith in either mine or Addie's service at least for the next little while, or until another intern complains,
"You ready Meredith?" I ask as we enter the building,
"Yep, I'm ok, I'm definitely going to be on either you or Addie's service right I don't think I can be without you right now" she answers,
"Yes you will don't worry, Bailey will tell you with all the others so no one asks questions but you definitely be with one of us and you won't have to leave us at all ok." Addie answers, "ok we will all meet for lunch ok? You will be ok bug," she continues as we reach the interns locker room door.
Meredith's already in her scrubs she said she didn't want to get changed in front of the other and I can understand that. Meredith quickly hugs us both before entering the locker room, I watch through the crack in the door as she immediately goes over to Cristina,
"She'll be ok, my love" Addie coos next to me,
"I know I just, after being with her for the last few days I don't want to be separated from her." I answer, wrapping my hand around Addison's waist,
"Come on let's get some coffee before rounds and see which one of us Meredith ends up with." Addie answers,

Meredith ends up on my service, and she's great she's going to be an amazing doctor whatever specialty she chooses,

A week later,
Addison's POV

It was just me and Mer at work today, Ari had the day off,
"Meredith baby, your exhausted," I coo, at her as she sits at my desk trying to do charts but rubbing her eyes constantly,
"No I'm not," she replied, but it was quickly followed by a yawn, proving her wrong,
"Baby girl, I've got no more surgeries today, let go home and see Zona." I coo, standing up, and going over to her
"Ok Addie," she says, standing up to join me,
She barley makes it to the card before falling asleep, no tired who was she kidding,
She sleep all the way home, so I decide to just carry her inside, if she was tired enough to nearly be sleeping in my office she obviously needs it and she's working again tomorrow,

I can hear Ari as I enter the house, normally I'd call out but I don't want to wake Mer, I make my way towards the nursery quietly, when I suddenly here Ari's voice
"Why thank, you really are a brave knight. You're welcome Princess Arizona. I hope you'll accept this..."
I stay silent as I peer into the door of the nursery seeing Arizona sitting on the floor, all of Meredith's dolls spread around her, with a huge smile on her face, I don't say anything I just stand there, she's not quite facing the door so she doesn't notice me.
"Why thank you, Princess Arizona, I accept this token of your love, I hope one day our queendoms can be joined, but first I need to slay the dragon." Arizona continued moving the dolls around as the spoke to each other, she put down one of the dolls picking up the giant stuffed dragon, we bought Meredith after her first day back at work,
"Your going down dragon," Arizona called charging the doll towards the dragon, before pretending to have then fight,
"I will conquer the Dragon of Elizabeta freeing princess Arizona," she called before throwing the dragon to the floor, and picking up the other princess doll,
"Thank you, princess Addie you really are my hero," she said,
"Anything for you princess Arizona."

I couldn't help but smile, knowing eventually I was going to have to interrupt I quietly stepped into the room gently placing Meredith down in the crib that had arrived, we had discussed it with her and she liked the idea of having somewhere to sleep but also feeling secure and like she was safe. I don't think Arizona noticed me at first but as I stepped further into the room she did.
