ODDS OF LOVE : SEASON 15

Episode 73

As Richard and Tania ignored each other on each opposite side of their groggy son's hospital bed the doctor prepared the first dose of chemo into Lewis's IV in efforts to strengthen his body to accept the future bone marrow.

Nigel stepped into the hallway with his cell phone up to his ear. He laughed out loud before saying," Dad did what? "

Alexi was sitting at his desk in his office, looking fairly disgruntled in his face. " Our father eloped. With Ariel Kendall. Can you imagine? "

Nigel shook his head in amusement. " I can indeed imagine it , Alexi. After all, they were already engaged. And , they are adults. They don't need the permission of their children to elope. "

Alexi pouted as he examined the manicured fingers of his other hand. " It is just so.... so common. Eloping to a little courthouse where they were married with no family, friends and business associates present. They were married by that old man Bernard Arnett of all people. It wouldn't be me. Of course Scott and I are not at that particular point at the moment in time. And, now they're talking about heading off to a two week honeymoon in some awful little village in Eldermere called Bumpus Creek or Frog's Valley or somewhere. Personally I would choose Paris. Or Rome. "

Nigel felt incredibly relaxed just listening to his brother's casual if outraged voice washing over him like warm refreshing water. " Well , at least they are happy. Dad hasn't been happy since Jenessa died. "

Alexi nodded. " Agreed. " Then he grinned mischievously. " Maxim isn't happy. At least not when he telephoned me about it. Our brother is not at all happy. Also..... he told me that he caught Natasha cheating and now he wants a divorce. I am surprised and shocked she found another man to risk frostbite like that by having sex with her. Amazing really. "

" So ," Alfred said with a slight slur to his voice that began to concern his students in the next class ," did you all actually do your homework? Or , are you just going to bull shit your way through it ? Again. As usual. "

As they watched him with alarm Alfred began to stand up from his chair with legs that were even more unstable than usual. His weaker arm flopped down by his side and he waved his other one around slightly  while he attempted to grab his walker. He missed and fell down on the hard cold tiled floor with a solid thud.

Richie stood up and said," Hey , Mr. G. , you ok , dude ? "

Franco and Willow looked at each other as Ami also stood up along with Jade.

Jade echoed Richie's words by saying," Yeah ?  Are you ok ? Can you get up ? Do you need help? "

Franco got up and headed for the door. " Of course he can't get up , geek. I'm getting Dr. H. "

" No ," Alfred shouted from the floor as a small amount of drool came out of his mouth. " Don't get him ! Go sit back down ! Now ! "

Richie, Jade and Ami hurried over to his side to help him back up but the fallen teacher just snarled viciously at them," Get the fuck away from me ! All of you! Why can't any of you little mother fuckers ever listen ! You're just like my sister! Stupid. All of you ! Just stupid ! Bastards ! "

Franco gazed at his uncle with emotionless eyes before leaving the classroom to get the headmaster. Or , maybe Dr. Lane , he thought.

" Get back here, Franco ! ," Alfred screamed out in a loud highly excited voice right before his entire body began to spasm wildly in front of the classroom of standing terrified students surrounding him.
