She was still alive!

Mo Ran couldn't believe it. She touched her unharmed neck. This danger was beyond anything she had ever encountered. She really thought she was going to die...

Lin Keren glanced at the girl who was still in a daze, and with a single glance, she lost interest and turned to leave.

But before she could take a few steps, she heard footsteps behind her, accompanied by panting. Mo Ran chased after her from behind, ignoring the fact that it was their first meeting, and grabbed her wrist.

Lin Keren turned her head to look at her. Her ice-blue eyes showed no emotional fluctuation, like a bottomless pool of cold water. Even her wrist, covered by a layer of fabric, was icy cold.

She looked down at the hand that was holding her, then looked up at Mo Ran, as if silently asking what she wanted.

"You saved me, didn't you?" Mo Ran looked intently at her cold, frosty eyes.

This woman was definitely extraordinary.

She couldn't be wrong. The cold air that had hit her face just now had passed through her body and rolled behind her. When she opened her eyes again, the zombies in front and behind her were all lifeless.

If she hadn't seen it with her own eyes, she wouldn't have believed it was something a human could do. After all, there were at least hundreds of these zombies.

The power to kill hundreds of zombies in an instant could only be explained by superpowers. What kind of power did this woman have? Why did she have this power?

If she knew the answer, could she also get this power? Mo Ran desperately needed an answer, so she grabbed her without hesitation.

"So what?" A voice, devoid of any tone but sweet enough to be incongruous with her appearance.

Mo Ran stared at Lin Keren's face for a moment, stunned. She hadn't paid attention when she came over. Now, she saw that the woman, although cold, was very beautiful.

Her features were exquisite, as if they had been carefully sculpted by God. Her skin was white as snow, so white that it even glowed in the sunlight.

If beauty had a score, out of 100, she would give Zhang Wan Ying a 90, and this woman would get a 92.

"Please let go of me." The girl hadn't spoken for a long time, which made Lin Keren raise her eyelashes slightly.

"Sorry." Mo Ran quickly let go of her hand. "I just wanted to know why you could kill all these..."

"Ability." Lin Keren interrupted her before she could finish. She was in a hurry. If she was late, she would be scolded by the doctor.

"Ability? Is it the one I'm thinking of?" Mo Ran was excited.

"If you're thinking of the ones in novels, then unfortunately, it's not." Lin Keren replied calmly.

"Then..." Mo Ran clearly wanted to say something else.

Lin Keren suddenly looked serious and ran towards her back, her speed so fast that Mo Ran couldn't see clearly.

"Hey!" Mo Ran quickly followed her. She was running back into the school.

Zhang Wan Ying had dealt with the zombies blocking the way. The iron hammer in her hand had finally broken in two because of the intense blows. It was imaginable how many zombies she had killed, but they were endless.

Huang Shan, struggling to fight off the zombies that were lunging at him, felt his strength waning. They were only half a playground away from the gate.
