Thor and his mother walked into the room. From your first impression of Frigga you could say that she was a beautiful woman, your eyes scanned over her yellow dress and the crystal ornaments decorating her entire neck. Contrary to your expectations, she did not have a tiara on her brown, long and wavy hair. Eir went close to her and they started talking, Frigga gave you a lovely smile and Thor approached you on the bed. He sat next to you and stared at your hands with joy—you suddenly realized Mjölnir was not with him anymore, he wasn't wearing his cape either.
"How are you feeling ____(y/n)?" he said, reaching out to your arm to examine. You let him grab your arm and gently twist it around, his eyes eagerly went over the complex lines intersecting.
"I'm much better, thank you Thor" you said and he let go of your arm. Frigga and Eir approached you together.
"My child, how are you feeling?" Frigga's voice was the softest you ever heard, it felt as if her voice did not want to enter your ears like it didn't want to hurt them. You bowed your head slightly.
"I'm alright, queen Frigga" you muttered, her smile became wider and she sat on the chair Eir had sat before.
"Shall I take my leave, your majesty?" Eir said and Frigga turned to her.
"Your services will be rewarded, my dear Eir. You may leave" she said and her hands touched yours. Eir bowed her head and started walking out.
"Thank you" you and Thor said at the same time, you chuckled. Eir bowed her head again and left the room, leaving you three alone. Frigga's expression quickly changed, her eyebrows transformed her face into the face of a suffering mother.
"My child, how is my son Loki? What did he do?" Frigga asked with worry and kept her warm hands on top of yours. Hearing his name burned your entire being, you looked away in a frown.
"He's well and happy with his demon friends" you snapped. Your anger wasn't towards the queen or her son sitting with you, yet you still couldn't contain your feelings too well.
"No matter how much he claims to hate us, I know deep in his heart that he still loves his family. I am so sorry for what he's done to you, child" Frigga said, you turned to face her teary eyes. Your heart silently broke inside you.
"Mother..." Thor whispered, Frigga shook off her tears and sighed with a firm expression.
"Let me show you to your room, the All-father is expecting to see you in the morning" she said and patted your hands. She got up and exited the building. You and Thor exchanged quick looks and followed her outside.
.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.''.'.'.'.'.'
After a journey horseback and long walks through long corridors of the Asgardian castle, you stood in front of a door that Frigga pointed at. You smiled and bowed your head; you were too tired since you didn't sleep in almost two days. You were sure that you wouldn't be able to find your room if you were alone in this place.
"Rest my child. I will see you in the morning, with the All-father" she said and put a small kiss on your forehead, you did not expect that at all. You looked down at your feet in embarrassment. She kissed her son on his cheek and gracefully walked away from you both.
"Your belongings are there, I will be staying next door. Your wardrobe has proper attire for you to meet my father in the morning. If you need anything, please knock on the door" Thor said, he seemed almost tired too. You weren't sure if he needed sleep at all.
"Thanks for everything, Thor... really" you sighed; he smiled and headed towards his door.
"Rest well, tomorrow will be a long day" he said and entered his room. You copied him and entered your own.
Your room was quite big, furnished with Asgardian furniture that had the most interesting designs on them. The wide windows allowed you to see endless gardens of intriguing flowers and plants. You remembered Loki told you that he had a garden of his own. Your eyes searched over them, hopelessly looking to see if you could distinguish his from others. You shrugged and concluded that his garden was perhaps completely dead after such a long time. You headed towards the wardrobe and opened it to find countless dresses hanging in line; you could find any color you'd ever wish for. You saw his favorite, emerald green—you decided you wouldn't torture yourself that way and closed the doors. You threw yourself on the bed and closed your eyes.
The fact that you were going to meet Odin in the morning gave you chills. You knew that he would have answers to most questions you ever asked about yourself and your situation. You wondered if truth would be too much to handle, you hoped in your heart that things wouldn't turn out so bad. Thanos' words echoed in your head, he'd make you his queen. You were cast out to Earth by Odin. With questions stirring your mind, you pushed them aside. Your mind dug up some recent memories of you and Loki. You forced yourself to contain your smile but it was showing itself on your face when you remembered the day you took him to the mall. You silently chuckled remembering his enthusiasm with fashion. You remembered the moment he smirked at you on the breakfast table. Your eyes filled with tears. Without your control, you held onto the green gem on your necklace and drifted into sleep.
