You pushed yourself and brought your legs from around Loki to get on your feet. You let your hand out to the weary God who, with such pride, didn't take it and managed to get up on his own. You sighed and smirked at him as Freyja's footsteps approached you two. You saw that there wasn't anything too different about her other than the unbelievable contrast her face displayed as she stood in front of you. Her stone like face was covered with a bright smile that made her look more like she was in pain than happy.

"You're later than I anticipated" she said and smiled at both of you.

You saw that Loki seemed too observing towards the queen, his eyes searching in hers for something you didn't know. You felt that his eyes were unwearied and his attention was devoted to Freyja's motions and appearance. His thin and dried lips finally unsealed with a smile you knew to be not real as well, yet Loki covered up for it skillfully with his fluent conversation.

"It is such an honor, Freyja. I'm delighted to be in your premises once more and pleased to see that..." Loki looked up to the sky for a moment with a light chuckle and you joined him to see the thin layer of magic covering the kingdom.

"Vanaheim is renewed to its former glory in your hands" Loki added and descended his eyes back to hers, relaxing his expression even though you assumed him to be in severe pain because of his arm. Freyja bowed her head before him to your surprise. You knew she was a proud queen and such gesture towards a lost Asgardian prince made you think. You made a mental note to yourself to ask why that was later.

"The honor is mine to have you here with your true identity, my prince. Let us proceed inside and my people shall tend to you" she said and pointed at the pathway heading to her throne room. Loki did the same move towards you to lead you before him. You gave him a questioning look that he returned with a profound stare. You didn't want to argue with him, it was time to have confidence in him and not question him anymore so you obeyed without question and followed Freyja.

"How much have you foreseen, my lady?" you asked her and exchanged a brief look with Loki again. You heard the queen's sigh as she walked before you.

"I've seen enough. Your escape has pushed the universe into an unknown path that hadn't existed before. I cannot see what will happen anymore" she said and you entered the vast throne room to see the dim lighted candles on the walls, your eyes landed on the long table that wasn't there before. It was totally beautiful, decorated with so much food and uninterrupted lines of glasses. Though oddly, there was no one around but Freyja's servants. You didn't doubt anything that you heard about her before and how she preferred to be alone after Skadi passed away. She walked towards her throne and sat down, giving you an idle look.

"Why please, the table is for you. Feast, and my prince " she pointed at Loki's arm "the healing room is ready if you wish to enter"

"I thank you for your hospitality and care yet I think that it's best that we immediately get to the subject matter" Loki said as he held his arm and took a couple steps towards her with narrowed eyes. You couldn't help yourself anymore and interrupted.

"What will happen to Thor? Is he okay? Is Thanos..." you couldn't finish since Loki's haunting frown landed on your face like an edge of a knife. You could see that there was no change in the way he hated his brother.

"What Thor has done will cost him greatly, but not yet. It's such time that there's no luxury to hold on to grudges. Odin needs Thor's assistance now that you're absent. They will need you back ____(y/n). Thor is destined to venture here to bring you back to Asgard" said the queen; her formal voice was boring to your ears.

"I had quickly reason to imagine that some painful sentiment pressed upon his pathetic mind" Loki smirked and looked up earnestly to Freyja's face. There he was again, the Loki that could manage to make you furious in a matter of seconds. You clenched your jaw and tried to keep an indifferent face.
