You grunted and stretched in your bed, opening your eyes to find yourself in a familiar place. You were in your room; you quickly turned to your side to check on Loki's mattress. He wasn't on it again, why was he always waking up so early? You sighed and pushed yourself up, heading out of your room to check downstairs. You stared at the empty house and went downstairs slowly, you could hear no sound. This could only mean one thing.
"Ugh, he must be outside with his dear flowers again..." you thought and headed straight for the door to the backyard. You opened the door to find Loki, his black long hair shining almost blue under the bright sunlight. He gave you a smile while watering your garden. It was so alive, green and smelled so good. You smiled at him and sat down on a plastic chair. You tapped on the chair next to you and smirked. He tilted his head and gave you a deep stare before coming closer to sit down beside you.
"I've missed you a lot" you said, with a sad expression as your hands played with the necklace he gifted you.
"I know, I've missed you too" he frowned. You gulped and put your hand on his.
"You'll never come back, will you?" you whispered, tears forming in your eyes.
"I told you I'd go through with my mission at all costs. It's incurable, ____(y/n)" he boldly said and got up from the chair, his hand slipped from yours. Your tears were flowing down your face; you got up and watched him taking a couple steps further away from you. Your hand reached out to his shoulder, when he turned you screamed with all your power.
It was Thanos' face grinning at you before you jumped up in your bed with fear.
"Loki!" you yelled, your body was automatically pushed up and you bumped into Thor who was sitting on your bed since he was trying to wake you up for quite some time now. You burst into a cry so strong, you sobbed loudly and buried your face in your frozen hands that were glowing. Thor threw his arms around you without thinking; you cried deeply in his arms and wiped your tears on his armor with no shame.
"Bad dreams?" Thor's whisper cracked in your ears. You sobbed and coughed, unable to respond. You gently pushed him away; he looked at you with worry. You really didn't want to go through with this.
"I'm fine" you said and wiped your eyes and face. Thor got up from your bed and walked over to the windows—resting an elbow on the ledge and he sighed.
"I do not know how many lies my brother fed you, but it seems he might have tricked you so you would trust him, ____(y/n)." he said heavily and added:
"For a long time, I denied it myself and wanted to believe his words. But it's useless, he always comes back to betray us" Thor's voice was almost booming in the room, you could read disappointment in his dreamy eyes. You wanted to leave the subject alone so decided to change it.
"I'll just get dressed so we can go" you got up from the bed and headed towards the wardrobes. Thor stared at you for a moment like he was going to say something. He only nodded and headed out of your room.
You sighed in relief and started to get dressed after he exited.

You opened the door to see Thor staring at you with his eyes and mouth open with surprise. You stared down at the ___(f/c) dress you were wearing, even though it was a bit too tight on the waist you still believed no dress on Earth could match its beauty. You fixed its long tail once more before taking a step further. Thor smiled.
"You look great, ____(y/n)!" he said. You saw that he was back in his cape and had Mjölnir again. He offered you his arm, you slipped your hand onto it and you both started walking down the corridors.
"What do I do when I go in there?" you were very nervous to meet Odin, everything you heard about him and the things you read about him in your Mythology dictionary came together to picture a being you'd have to respect at all times. You didn't want to do anything to displease him or his son.
"Do as I do and you'll be fine" Thor said cheerfully and you stood before a giant golden door guarded by two Asgardian soldiers. Thor stared at them both and they opened the doors for you.
You slowly went inside into what was Odin's throne room. You spotted queen Frigga sitting right next to him on his noble throne; she gave you that familiar smile. The All-father seemed older than you pictured him; he of course had his famous golden eye patch and his spear Gungnir was resting next to him. With no expression, he watched you and Thor coming before him. Thor went down on one knee so you did too. Odin slowly got up and got a hold of his spear, using it as a walking stick while he walked towards you. You couldn't help but look up to him when he came right in front of you and stared at you. The suspense was such a killer.
"Heimdall" Odin's voice boomed and echoed inside the room. You looked at Thor in question.
"I've never seen Heimdall being ordered to leave Bifrost in such manner, this is serious" Thor whispered as he stood with his knee down. You gulped and kept your gaze down from Odin, waiting for Heimdall to show.
