Shiny Gibble

" Ash!" Gary yelled as he threw his bag to the ground and dove after Ash in the icy cold lake.

Ash was sinking. Gary grabbed Ash's hand and pulled him to shore

Horace and Goh blinked. " Is he...?"

Gary took a towel out of his bag and dried himself, then Ash. " He's alive."

" But why isn't he breathing?" Horace pointed out.

Wisty surfaced with the Pivara in her arms. " You'll be fine." She muttered before her gaze turned to her brother, and her eyes widened.

" Ash?!"

She dropped the Capybara Pokemon who was caught by Chikitita's razor leaf. She ran to her brother and sat down besides him. " Ash?"

" He'll be fine." Gary repeated.

Wisty blinked, then gasped and turned to Pikachu.

" You know what to do."

Pikachu nodded. " Piika... CHUUUUUUU!"

Ash jumped from the ground and looked at a smirking Pikachu and a mischievous Wisty.

" Thanks Pikachu. But where's the Pivara?"

" Here for you to catch."

Ash blinked. " Huh?"

" Espeon told me. It wants to get caught by the savior who saved it."

" But.... That was you." Ash replied, confused.

Wisty stared at him. " No, you moron!" She exclaimed. " That was you! The only reason I came up with it was because you thought there was something else down there."

Ash gasped. " Because there is!"

Without waiting for a reply he dove down.

Wisty turned to Totodile. " Follow him."

" Totodile!!!"

She turned to Eevee. " Vaporion and dive. Let's go!"

Eevee backflipped and turned into Vaporion, then followed Totodile.

" Milotic, Palafin, Mantyke, go into the lakes and find some Pokemon for me to catch."

Horace raised a brow. " You're thinking of catching Pokemon?! But you caught Mew and a bunch of other really important Pokemon!"

As Ash surfaced holding an injured Gibble, Wisty shrugged. " Eh. I'm just helping my brother."

" With what?" Ash called.

Wisty froze. " Nothing."

She turned. " What is that?"

Ash shrugged. " Hand me my Pokedex."

" Don't you mean your Romtom Phone?"

Ash shook his head. " Pokedex. Gibble is an old Pokemon, and it's rare these days. No one's seen one for a long time."

" Why's this one blue?" Goh asked

Ash and Wisty didn't reply.

" Do you think.....?" Wisty asked

Ash shook his head. " It won't put up much of a fight. I already got it to trust me."

Wisty sighed. " You're gonna have to catch it if we want to bring it to Joy. If anyone sees this type of Gible who knows what they'll do."

Gary, Goh and Horace blinked.

They had zero idea what the siblings were talking about.

Ash sighed and took his old Pokedex ( aka Wisty's Pokedex)
