Saturday morning there is someone who is not stopping , knocking on my door.

Scott : coming ...! ( I said irritatedly )
I opened the door and got surprised ....
Mac: good morning ! ( in a happy tone )
Scott: oh..! Why so early ?
Mac: its better to work out at morning .
Scott: work out ? Now ! ( I got really surprise )
Mac: yeah ! So go now shower or change clothes coz were leaving your house.
I quickly go up stairs coz I'm very exited . But someone is calling me , I better go answer it . Its only number , who is this ?
Scott: hello ?
Kath: hi Scott!
Scott: Kath !
Kath: are you free tonight ?
Scott: why ?
Kath: I want to watch a movie. Can you come with me ?
Scott : sure ! 7:00 ?
Kath: sure ! Bye !
Scott: bye too !
I went back down stairs and said .....
Scott: come on !
Mac: wait ? Somerhing is wrong . A while ago your pale now your as red as a rose . What happened ?
Scott: let's just go ! Come on !
We jogging until we reach Tom's house . Its very far and its was so tiring
Scott: hu.!hu.! Hu.! Can...we....sit...first.. ( said breathless )
Mac: your tired already ?! ( in a surprised tone )
Scott: I run almost 21 meters away from my home ( said breathless )
Mac: its just 2 more meters you can do it ( with a smile )
Mac said its just 2 more meters but I didn't I never thought that, that 2 more meters will be 8 meters .
Mac: where here!
Scott: can you lift me ? ( I said so very tired )
He lift me and said .....
Mac: we just jogged and your already exhausted ( as he lift me ) Tommy help me ! ( he yelled )
Tom: comming ( he yelled back)
After a few seconds
Tom: haleluya ! What happened to you !? ( so shocked )
Mac: don't think about it we just jogged ( with a smile )
He helped Mac in lifting me . When we entered they laid me in the couch.
Tom: how can you be a well looking person if your all ready tired in jogging 78 meters away from your home .
Mac: I will call Jessica ..( as he picked his phone )
Tom: tell her to bring some energy drink ..
Mac nod and call Jessica while I'm restimg . After a few minute. The door bell rang . Tom go and opened the door and its Jessica.
Jessica: hi !
Tom: hey ! Did you brought it ?
Jessica: yes ! ( as she show those )
Tom : good! Mac ! ( he yelled ) can you help me with this ?
Mac immediately come and helped him .
Jessica: who is those for ?
Mac: its for Scott .
Jessica: what !
Mac: he need to drink all of that .
Jessica: drink ? Why ?
Mac: coz he need more energy .
Jessica sat down on the couch which I'm resting .
Jessica: hey Scott !
Scott: hi !
Jessica: you look exhausted !?
Scott: yeah ! I just run a 78 meter road !
Jessica: just a 78 road you got exhausted like that !? I cant believe it !
Tom lend me some a box of energy drink ..
Tom: drink does , it will make you feel better .
I drink all does and get more and more and more energy . I'm ,like a human battery .
Scott: what we gonna do today ? ( as I got up immidietely)
Mac and Tommy ask me to do jumping ropes and I did, they ask me to do push ups and I did but after that my arm hurt really bad but they still ask me to do the last excersice , and that is curl ups .
Tom: that's all for today ,
Scott: thank God !
Jessica: oh I need to go home now ! ( as she look at her watch )
Scott: your going home ? Can I go with you ?
Jessica: sure ! But I think your tired . I'm just walking ....
Scott: its alright ! Walking makes my legs more macular and strong !
Me and Jessica leave Mac and Tom at his house .
