I decided to make my grandmother's favorite, omelet fish thats what I call it but she says in her country they call it " sarsyado " .....
When that food is done ....kath quickly ask me about my dish ...
Kath : babe what's that called ?
Scott: I call it omelet fish but my grandmother call it sarsyado in Philippines ....
Kath: you grandmother is Filipino ?
Scott: yes but she 's only a half ! And she is my favorite teacher in cooking . She cooked very incredible dishes ! She is great ...when I was only 10 she taught me how to cook Filipino dishes , like pakbet,adobo , sinigang and monggo . All of them is my most favorite !
Kath: where did you know to cook omelet fish .
Scott: to my grandmother too ... she said its a Spanish food .
Kath : she's a Spanish too ?
Scott : that's her half !
Kath : so what's it called in Spain ?
Scott : I don't know,she never told me !
Kath : I'm hungry ... can I have a taste ? ( as she grab a fork )
Scott: easy ! Babe ... If you taste them maybe you ate it all ! ( I joked )
Kath: your mean to me ! ( she joked too )
Scott: hahaha ... ! Wait till mom came home !
The Door bell rang and hope that it is mom ....
Scott: hope that 's mom
When I opened the door it was Mac and Lizzy carrying burgers ...
Scott : why did you take so long ?
Mac : the store is so full so we need to stay there and wait ...
Lizzy : what's that ? ( as she went to the kitchen with me )
Scott: that's what I call omelet fish !
Kath: no ! Its really called sarsyado ....
Lizzy : where does that name came from ?
Scott: it came from my grandmother .... they call it sarsyado in the Philippines
Mac : Philippine dish ? When did you know how to cook Philippine dish?
Scott: its my grandmother's recipe !
Lizzy : is your grandma a Filipino ?
Scott: actually she 's only a half !....but she still knows some of there culture !
Kath: guys can we stop talking ! I'm so hungry ! ( she joked )
Scott: babe I told you that we will not eat until mom isn't here ( as I flirted )
Kath: I'm gonna be okay if you kiss me !
I kiss her and turn again into a make out .....
Lizzy : guys you said kiss ! Not a make out !
Kath broke the kiss and glared at Lizzy ...
Mac : babe relax ..! Just let them ...and just kiss me too
They do , and the other couple continue ... and a few minutes pass ... door bell rang ...
Scott : hope that's mom ! ( a she broke the kiss )
Kath stand away through her boyfriend's lap and let him open the door ..
Scott opened the door and thank god its his mom ....
