One Last Time

chapter 46 - the big news !?

Its only minutes till my break time ends so I decided to back on the restaurant... as I leave she leave too ...

While walking to the exit ... there's a wet floor on the door I avoid my feet to it but Kath didn't so when I turned around she accidentally slippered but I caught her ...

Her hands dropped on my neck and my arms accitendally wrapped on her waist ... our eyes met , our nose touched as same as our foreheads....

I look at her eyes like I can see something that I can't explain ! My heart beats fast , my stomach release butterflies , and everything slows down ... I can feel her breath on my lips ... and I can't move like I'm waiting for something ... I'm wasn't moving till I noticed that she's moving closer to me ... I was like frozen ,I can't move . I closed my eyes and not my lips , then her hands move on my shoulder and she moved away ... I can breath smoothly now ....

Kath : I'm sorry ...

Scott : its okay ...

Kath : did I make you uncomfortable ?

Scott : um... I'm late ! ( as I look at my watch ) I need to go !

I run to my car ... but before opening the door ... I look at her ... her head was down like dissapointed ... I think I've been so rude to her again ... its very embarrassing ....

Scott has a very tiring day yesterday so he didn't woke up earlier ... Lucy noticed that her brother wasn't awaken yet so she was the one who's cooking breakfast ...

In the kitchen she first open the TV then the refrigerator , she get some eggs and other inreadients ... she's making pancakes ... until a news came ... it was about Kathy Jones so she stick her face at the TV screen ... while her hands flipping the pancakes ...

News caster : is this really true ! Kathy Jones has a rumoured boyfriend !? This is a pic of Kathy and her "boyfriend" ( as she make a hand gesture ) at the apartment building ... ( as it show a pic on Kath and Scott holding each other ) kathy was caught almost kissing the guy ! The guy was confirmed and his the famous chef in New York ! Scott Mahwey ! His featured at famous magazine as one of the greatest in cooking ... his now working at corazon pertenece at los Angeles ! The news wasn't confirmed by Kathy Jones and Scott Mahwey but ... a tweet was proving that they are a couple . ( as it show a pic of a tweet ) it says " it was a great night with my babe but ruined by an embarrassing choking ... ps : don't make your babes drunk or else <3 :( ;) " are you getting the hint ? ! But aren't they cute ? Let me check the comments by liking are social media account .......

Lucy can't believe her self ... the pancake was burned its scent wakes Scott ... he runs to the kitchen and ...

Scott : Lucy ! The pancake !

Then she put off the fire and put the pan on the sink....

Lucy : why you didn't tell me !?

Scott : tell you what ?

Lucy : about you and Kathy Jones !

Scott : what about me and her ?

Lucy : c'mon tell it to me ... the whole world are now teasing you and Kathy Jones ...

Scott : why ? ( as he took a glass of water )

Lucy : you can't fool me ! I know that Kathy Jones and you were a couple !

Scott spill all the water inside his mouth ... his really shocked ...

Scott : what make you think that would happen !?

Lucy : its on the news !

Scott : what news ?

Lucy take her phone and show her brother the news ... while watching Scott was still shocked ... until Scott saw a picture of him and her holding each other , he blushed and Lucy tease him ...

Scott : me and Kathy Jones were not a couple !

Lucy : why your holding each other very close and explain that tweet ....

Scott : that incident was just an accident ! She slippered and I just caught her ... and I didn't know anything about that tweet !

Lucy : you can't fool me ! I can see it in your eyes and your blushing !

Scott : I'm just shocked ! And I promise were not a couple ...

Kath's fans are now shocked about the rumoured boy ... many of them are starting to make ships Kott , scath , and many more ...

Kath's tweeter page was full of questions ... if is it true about the news ... people thought that they are a couple ...

Kath's P.O.V

I was surprised its not my intention , they really do believe that me and Scott are dating ... yes I was happy that they support me and Scott as a couple , but I'm sure Scott wasn't happy ... I'm sure my fans , paparazzi's and media were chasing him now ... and his now angry at me ... so I text my manager and said that I want a press conference right now ....

After a few minutes I ask one of t staff to make it on live ... I was nervous and I need to make this right . I made a mess and its time for me to clean it ...

Manager : you can ask now your questions but please raised your hand ...

#1: miss Jones , is it true that you and Mr. Scott Mahwey were dating ?

Kath : okay . First I have to apologize to Scott ... for making him in this trouble ... me and Scott were not a couple and were not dating , were just friends and I think he has his girlfriend ...

#2: who would be this girl ?

Kath : I don't know ... I have no idea ... ( I lied )

#3 : but how can you explain the tweet and the picture ?

Kath : okay first the tweet , babe means not love it means friend ... I went to a birthday party and I met him and we are drunk , he started choking and he almost choke on me and that's so embarrassing so I tweet it .. I was drunk and didn't know what I'm doing so I'm sorry for the wrong used of words ... and the picture its just an accident , I slippered and he just caught me .... it didn't mean anything .... so I'm very sorry for Scott Mahwey for making him involve in this thing .... his just my friend and nothing else ...
