One Last Time

chapter 36 - a decision to make

Scott woke up with a very hard headache ... his confuse why his topless ... until he saw a bowl with towel and water ... he look at Jessica ... at the couch sleeping ... he lifted her and pit her on his bed then went to his closet ... he saw Kath's cloths ... that makes him remember their argument and their love ... he took a shirt then close the closet ...

He went to the kitchen and cook ... his kinda feeling well but not too much ... telling someone what you feel is good ... he baked cupcakes ... while baking cupcakes his remembering Kath all thier memories ... and thinking what was the purpose of jealous thing and the sweet kisses ? If all of it was just a show ?

He put the cupcakes on the oven and turn it on ... he throw his apron on the fridge and punch the wall ... then he took some left beer and drink it ... he drink until he empty 3 bottles ... he went out side and throw the bottles in the wall and cry ... after that he went inside and wait on the oven... he sat at the ground watching the cupcakes to cook ... his like no direction , no life, no worth .... he didn't realize the ding so the cupcakes overcooked .... Jessica came downstairs ... scott was taking the cupcakes they are preety burnt but not much ... Jessica immiately run to Scott ...

Jessica : Scott ! Your hand was bleeding ... ( she took his hand and grabbed the first aid kit ... )

Scott : you don't have to ... it didn't hurt ...

Jessica : its important to be healed ... maybe it get infected ...

Scott : for what ?

Jessica healed the wounds ... later on Scott grabbed Jessica and derived her ... they went to the placed where Scott usually went ... they run to the building until they reach the top ... even though his breathless he screamed ... she yelled out what his feeling .... until he felt better ...

Jessica : your ... smart !! But insane ! ( as she hit him on the chest ) if you will feel better in shouting all you feel you couldnt just said so !! You can shout all you want but please, don't hurt yourself .... since that night you loose your path .... Scott you don't have to hurt yourself ... you just need to realize how great is yourself ... Scott ... your not dumb ! You just follow your heart ... in love you couldn't move without taking a risk ... its between you get hurt or be happy ... no one loved that didn't hurted ! Me ! I was always taking a risk ... on loving someone who didnt love me back ... I always get hurt but I still !! don't let this broke you ... you need to show that you can live without her ! You live without her ,you can live without her ... please ( as she cry )

He realize all those words , she's right ... so that he hugged her ... tight ...kath was down watching them ... she's crying seeing Scott broken ... he shouldn't feeling this way ... she love him very much ... and she can't do anything to make him feel better ,but to be away from him .... and it breaks her heart into pieces ...

When Scott went out to the building he saw Kath on the tree ... sitting under it with heads down on her knees .... he look at Jessica and she nodded ... he walked to her ... kath noticed the shadow so she looked up and she saw Scott ... she quickly stand and hugged him tight ... tight as she could ... Scott wants to hugged her back but he couldn't ... its not a good idea .... walking to your ex ... but he came for something ....

Scott : I didn't walked here to hugged you ( as he hold back tears )

Scott was stopping himself ... he was holding tears but they still fall out

Kath : I'm sorry ... ( as she cry harder ).... I really sorry .... Scott please ... I'm sorry ... I really loved you ... please let me explain .... ( she cry on his chest )

As tears wet his shirt , tears and feeling setting bigger ... it just hurting him too much ...her hug ,words,and cries makes him cry ....

Scott : I didn't came here......... for your hugged .... ( as he push her ) I just ....came here ... ( as tears falling ) to set things up ...... were...done...
