My hair has gotten a lot shorter. I noticed it when I looked in the mirror while brushing it (it was freshly straightened). I kind of like it, to be honest. It's not too long and not too short. Plus, it's a lot lighter. I've been debating on cutting my hair shorter - like, above shoulder length - because of how nice it feels.
Having (somewhat) long hair makes me feel gross. It's often sexualized in bed and stuff because if you have a lot of hair you can pull on it. But, I also know Shannon has very, very long hair. I'm not saying she should be sexualized! It's just that when I see her hair I get reminded of how jealous I used to be of her. I mean, she has the perfect life, seriously. She has an amazing boyfriend, endless love and support from friends and family, and is drop dead gorgeous.
So, when I remember my hair I remember hers and I feel a pang of guilt. Another reason it's not my favorite thing is because *unreadable*
I hope that when I get my hair cut (possibly) Hugh will like it.
