Hello, my name is Katie Wilmot. I attend Tommen College in Cork, Ireland.
I don't really do diaries, but I felt like starting one since I got a journal for Christmas. I think too much to keep everything in my head. It's a medium sized leather journal. The leather is colored red - Like my hair.
First things first, I attended a party for Christmas and it was a little much. Parties make me feel miserable nowadays. Sometimes I reminisce the old days, where I loved my boyfriend and loved doing everything with him. Where I had no worries and fit right into his friend group. Now I stick out like a sore thumb. Maybe I did all along and was just delusional.
Anyway, I got to talk to Feely recently. Just about life and all that. I asked him what his ideal future is, and he said he wanted to be away from everyone. Inherit the farm and live there with his wife, and only his wife. He then went to mention that he'll make an exception for a dog because real farm animals are way too much work. He enjoys doing all the crop stuff.
Then, he asked me what my ideal future was.
And I kind of just stared at him.
I could have said that I wanted to get married with Hugh and pop out a couple of kids, and call it a day. I could have said I wanted to go to a college out of Ireland, like New York or something, and pursue a fashion career when I have never been interested in fashion ever.
But, instead, I just said I didn't know.
My answer has been bothering me ever since I said it.
