(3rd Pov)
Adrien and Y/n wanted to talk to their father about a particular topic. However, because Y/n was still grounded, Adrien would do all the talking.
"Father, we'd like to talk to you...about something. Can we have a few minutes of your time?" Adrien asks as he fidgets with his ring. "Yes, of course." Gabriel told his children, "Really?" The siblings said Adrien was more surprised, while Y/n was skeptical.
"I'll tell Natalie to let you know when I'm available." Gabriel responded, Y/n rolling her eyes, not that her father noticed, but Adrien sighed, "It'll be too late then." As Adrien said, Gabriel looked like his children. That's when he saw how Adrien was fidgeting with his ring and how Y/n had placed her hand on Adrien's shoulder, and he noticed her ring now fit her perfectly.
"Shouldn't you be practicing your instruments?" Gabriel asked as he looked directly at the pair. "Yes." The two said in sync before leaving. "Y/n, I hope this isn't about our last conversation," Gabriel warned, and Y/n shook her head. "It's not." The girl said, not even looking at her father.
Gabriel then began to realize that his son could be Cat Noir. He started to research, and his hunch was correct. "That's impossible!" He says to himself before he leaves his office and marches up to his children's rooms.
Their bodyguard, Placide I.T. or, as the children called him, Gorilla, stood before their doors but moved when he saw his boss stomping.
As Gabriel opened the door, he walked into an empty room where piano and violin music played from Adrien's phone. Gabriel then noticed that the window was open. "Nathalie! Where are my children?!" Gabriel demanded, but Natalie had no idea. "Huh?!" "Y/n and Adrien have managed to leave this room without you noticing! Find them!"
(A few moments earlier)
"So that was a bust, so now my plan!" Y/n said happily as she and Adrien entered the room. "Fine, but I don't like your plan. Why are we going to race anyway?" Adrien asked as Yin formed a portal for the siblings. "Cause it's fun, and the rules are no powers, one person can help, and don't get caught," Y/n smirked as she held her hand out. "Deal," Adrien said, shaking her hand. "Wait, who's gonna be the referee? Cause I won't know if you use our powers." Adrien asked, and Y/n lauphed. "I promise I will not use my powers." "Don't worry, Adrien. I'll ensure the child doesn't cheat and will be the referee." Y/n stuck her tongue out at Adrien, who laughed. "And to ensure there is no chance for either of you to use your abilities, you will swap Kwamis." "Huh?" "But what if something happens?" Plagg said, "I'll handle it, so let the race begin." Yin told everyone, and the kwamis stood next to their new partners.
"On your marks. Get set. Go!" Yin said happily as she created portals at the sibling's feet, and they fell through. "I love this part of my job," Yin said happily before creating a portal to wait by the theatre since she knew it would take a while.

(Y/n Pov)
Adrien and I landed outside of our home with each other's Kwami. "May the best Agreste win," I told Adrien before I started running, knowing exactly where to go. "Hey! Wait up." Adrien called out to me before catching up.
"So what's your plan for winning this? Cause you won't win, as I have Yang by my side." Adrien asked me; I smirked as I took my phone out, taking a picture of him. "I'm not the one who had a fragrance named after them," I told him and showed him I had posted a photo of him with the caption. 'Adrien spotted near le grand Paris.' By AdriensNum1Fan.
