Wedding day
Porsche's POV
This time, I'm excited—truly excited with joy. Our lives are finally coming together... But what if something like this happens again? Or if Kinn and I break up? Why am I even thinking this? And why did I say yes to Tankhun? I shouldn't have let him organize the wedding. What a mistake... He's more stressed than I am.
"This wedding is stressing me out! I didn't manage to finish all the preparations!" Tankhun yelled at Arm.
"Tankhun, maybe you should calm down..." Arm said softly.
"Don't tell me to calm down!" Tankhun shot back. "The flower bouquet! I forgot the flower bouquet!"
"I took care of that yesterday, remember?" Arm replied.
"Oh, right, right. Porsche, don't be stressed!" Tankhun said.
"I'm not... it's just you," I replied sarcastically.
"Mom!" Prapai came in wearing a white suit, and a red tie, holding chocolate in his hand. He was so adorable I could eat him up.
"Prapai!" Tankhun yelled and snatched the chocolate from him.
"Mom, he took my chocolate!" Prapai, who was laughing and smiling just a moment ago, started crying.
"You'll mess up your suit!" Tankhun scolded.
"I don't care!" Prapai cried.
"Who gave you the chocolate anyway?!" Tankhun demanded.
"Uncle Macau!" Prapai cried.
"That idiot! I knew I should've drowned him when he was a kid!" Tankhun yelled as Arm tried to cover his mouth before Prapai could hear more curses. "There's a kid here—oh dear..." Arm whispered.
Prapai didn't stop crying over the chocolate that was taken from him.
"Prapai... I heard that Sky likes clean boys without chocolate. If you get dirty, how will you walk together as flower boys?"
"You're lying!" Prapai asked skeptically.
Tankhun crossed his fingers behind his back. "I swear."
"Fine... I'll stop eating the chocolate," Prapai wiped his tears.
A family of con artists—what was I thinking? I hope Prapai ends up more like my side of the family...
There was a knock at the door. Mike walked in wearing a black suit and holding my wedding suit—a white suit with a double red sheer collar.
"Wow, it looks amazing!" Tankhun said.
Now I was nervous. At least Arm, the wise one in the room, understood and guided everyone out.
"Well... maybe we should let Porsche get dressed... and have a few moments alone."
"Mike, could you stay for a moment?" I asked.
"Of course," Mike immediately recognized the look on my face.
Everyone left the room, leaving just the two of us.
"What's wrong?" Mike asked, reading me easily as he helped me change clothes. It's funny how I felt embarrassed changing in front of Kinn, but with Mike, it was easy... Maybe because of all the times, he bathed me and saw me in my most embarrassing and worst moments...
