Firstly, I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for supporting and reading this little masterpiece of mine. Your enthusiasm and encouragement mean the world to me!
I'd like to extend special thanks to our two lovebirds, RK and Riri, for letting us be a part of their beautiful journey. Their love story has touched our hearts, and I'm so glad we got to experience it together.
As I conclude this chapter, I'm excited to share a little secret of mine.
As I came up with a thought on writing this first story, some events are based on my experience last year 2024.
It was tough for me and that struggles and obstacles made me push to write a story similar to what I've experienced especially when my cousin died last year April 10, 2024.
And, as you've guess it. Yes, Addison's portraying the death of my cousin and writing that moment was truly tough and a weight in my heart for I was not able to heal from her yet.
She mean the world to me because she's part of my growth and through thick and thin she's always there for me, to share my burden and feeling afraid of not telling anything because I knew I was safe with her.
To tell you which part are based on my experience, it's when dad chooses to abandon us and my mom had fallen sick and I ended up taking care of her on my own.
It was a tough journey for me but I would like to dedicate this story for myself and for those people who's not able to be healed by their past hurts and traumas yet.
The kind of pain that still lingers and haunts us every night and in every of our dreams they're there, not leaving us.
I hope someday, we will all heal. Time might never heal the wounds and scars of the battles we've fought silently, at least we live with it us evidence we survived that tough battle we are in during the calamities of our lives.
I'm proud of you for surviving, padayon and stay motivated!
