Neil&Nick Extra 9 🔞

Nick woke up that morning feeling more cheerful than the day before, partly because he'd spoken to his lover. However, he'd still stayed up late, as his lover wasn't there beside him. After showering and getting dressed, he went down for breakfast with his older brother.

"What are your plans today?" Non asked.

"I'm not going anywhere today, but Kun's going to be sightseeing around here," Nick replied with a smile.

"Okay. Take care of yourself," Non said, worriedly. He felt somewhat relieved about his younger brother's mental state, knowing Nick had called Neil. Even though they hadn't properly resolved their issues, at least they'd talked.

"Yes," Nick replied. After breakfast, Non and Tony went out sightseeing, while Nick stayed in the room, waiting for Kun to arrive.

Meanwhile, Neil had left home and was at the airport, ready to fly to Phuket. He'd left his house in his mother's care.

Ring.. ring.. ring

Neil's phone rang while he was waiting at the gate. He answered, seeing it was a number from the garage.

"Hello?" Neil answered.

("Uh, Mr. Neil? This is Nucha.)" Nucha's voice said.

"Yes? What's up?" Neil asked, expecting a work-related matter.

("Um... are you going to come to the shop?)" Nucha asked.

"I won't be coming in. I have some business to attend to," Neil replied. He didn't intend to tell his employee where he was going unless it was necessary.

("When will you be back in?") Nucha asked. Neil furrowed his brows slightly.

"I don't know yet. If I finish my business quickly, I might be able to come in within a day or two. Is something wrong? Or is there a problem with the work?" Neil immediately asked back in a serious tone.

("Nothing's wrong. I just wanted to know. That's all. Goodbye.") Nucha said before hanging up. Neil frowned slightly, then suddenly remembered something. He opened the app for the security cameras in his garage's office. He saw Pam at his garage, sitting at Nucha's desk.

("I'm sorry, Ms Pam. Mr. Neil won't be at the garage. He has business to attend to and might not be able to come to work for a day or two.") Nucha's voice said, which Neil could hear through the camera.

("And he didn't say anything about where he's going?") Pam asked Nucha.

("He didn't. He said it was personal, so I didn't dare ask.") Nucha replied evasively. The woman sat silently for a moment.

("That's okay. Thank you for letting me know. I brought snacks for everyone. P'Nucha, don't forget to have some too!)" Pam said, smiling at Nucha before leaving the shop. Neil continued to watch her on camera until she reached the parking lot. She picked up her phone and called someone. Initially, Neil intended to stop watching, but when Pam's call was answered, Neil continued to listen.

("He's not coming to the shop.")

("I tried calling him, but he didn't answer. And now I'm at his garage, and his employee called and said he's got business to attend to...but he usually answers my calls. He might actually be really busy.... P'Neil doesn't know I'm trying to get close to him. I just pretended to feel guilty, saying I didn't mean anything, that I see him as an older brother. P'Neil believed me, and that Nick seems suspicious he's picking up on the something but he didn't say anything because I used work as an excuse. ...Am I clever or not?....I'm patient enough. Have you ever heard, "True love loses to proximity"? If I try to get closer to P'Neil and slowly pull him away from Nick, believe me, he'll eventually fall for me. Okay...you said it...I'll go find some other friends, see if anyone wants car modifications or repairs. I'm even finding customers for him, he should see my goodness more than Nick who doesn't do anything all day but gets P'Neil to pay for him...Okay...okay...see you later.") The woman finished her call, hung up, and got into her car. It was fortunate for Neil that the woman was talking on the phone outside the car and near the security camera, so Neil got both the image and the sound.
