"Lat, lat!" Anda's voice called out. He was sitting in the supermarket trolley and spotted a chocolate display that the mall had set up to welcome the upcoming Valentine's Day.

"You really know what's good, don't you?" Brick teased his son, gently pinching Anda's cheek. Ob, meanwhile, ran over holding a bag of snacks to Brick.

"Papa, can Ob have this?" Ob asked. Brick took the snack bag to look at it.

"Let me ask Daddy first," Brick said, wanting Day to help decide.

"I'm going," Anda said, raising his hand.

"Yes, yes, wait for Daddy to see first," Brick replied because Day had gone to pick out perfume.

"What is it?" Day's voice sounded as he placed the perfume he had chosen into the trolley.

"Ob wants these snacks. Can you see if they're okay to eat?" Brick explained. So, Day picked up the snack bag Brick had mentioned and read the ingredients.

"You can eat them, but only one per day," Day told Ob.

"Okay," Ob replied with a smile.

"Look, look!" Anda pointed at the chocolate display again, and Day followed his gaze.

"Is it Valentine's Day already?" Day remarked before looking at Brick.

"You don't have to buy me anything this year. Buy for the kids instead," Brick replied. Day let out a soft chuckle.

"Are you sure you don't want anything?" Day playfully asked back. Brick pursed his lips slightly. In his heart, he did want a Valentine's gift like every year, but he didn't want to bother his lover. Especially now that they had children together, they thought more about spending money than before.

"Sure," Brick answered.

"Then you don't need to buy me anything either," Day said back.

"Mmm, Papa, look!" Anda whined as both his Papa and Daddy were ignoring him.

"Yes, you can't eat that yet. Your little teeth will get cavities and hurt," Day said.

Anda looked confused. Brick immediately pushed the trolley away from the chocolate display.

"Hmm, does anyone want to eat strawberries?" Brick said playfully. Anda's eyes lit up when he heard that.

"Me, me, me!" Anda exclaimed immediately. Day and Brick exchanged smiles, amused that they had successfully diverted their son's attention, and then led him to the fruit section. Ob pointed at the avocados.

"Ob wants avocados, right?" Brick asked his eldest son.

"Yes, and get strawberries for Nong too," Ob replied. Day was the one who picked them up and put them in the cart.

"Wow!" Anda made a sound when he saw Day putting strawberries in the cart.

"What do you want to eat tonight, Ob?" Day asked his son. Ob thought for a moment.

"Macaroni with eggs!" Ob replied.

"Nong Da, too!" Anda chimed in.

"Yes, yes, both of you will eat, right?" Brick said with a smile. Day walked off to pick up various ingredients.

"Dad and Mom are coming for dinner tonight, don't forget," Brick reminded Day. Day nodded in acknowledgment. After finishing their shopping, they headed home.
