"New Year's, are we going anywhere, Day?" Brick asked, as he now has two young children. Nong Ob is currently three years and two months old, and Nong Anda is one year and four months old. In past years, they haven't gone anywhere to celebrate, seeing that the children were still too young. But this year, Brick thinks he wants to take the kids to celebrate New Year's somewhere, because he's been going to Grandma's house.

"On the Thirtieth, we'll have to take the children to Grandma's house first. As for the Thirty-first, Mr Roman invited us to a boat celebration," Day replied.

"Will there be many people on the boat?" Brick asked back, as he's worried about the children.

"Mr Roman's boat is a private boat, cruising on the Chao Phraya River," Day said. Brick was then a bit relieved.

"Who else is going?" Brick asked further.

"It'll be Nan, Mac, Neil, Nick, Gear and Night. On Mr Roman's side, I think it'll just be him, Keith, and his people," Day answered.

"And are Mr Kamol and P'Kim not going?" Brick asked back.

"Mr Kamol is taking Kim on a trip abroad, so they won't be celebrating with us," Day replied, as he had already called and asked. Brick nodded in understanding.

"Ee Oi," the voice of Nong Anda made Brick and Day stop their conversation and turn to look. Before they saw the smaller bundle of joy flip over towards his older brother, then lift his chubby legs onto his brother's body. Brick chuckled softly.

"Really squirming in his sleep," Brick said, before gently pulling Nong Anda's leg down from Nong Ob's body, who was still asleep. But Nong Ob woke up first.

"Papa," Nong Ob's voice called out. Fortunately, the little child woke up without any fuss.

"Did you sleep well?" Brick asked, as Nong Ob had been sleeping for two hours. Nong Ob yawned, then sat up with half-closed, sleepy eyes, nodding in agreement.

"Nong isn't awake yet," Nong Ob said.

"Yes, let your Nong sleep first. Ob, let's go wash your face with Papa," Brick said, before taking his eldest son to wash his face. Meanwhile, Day sat guarding the younger child who was still sleeping. Day lay down next to his son. After a while, he saw Nong Anda roll over towards him, then open his eyes. When Nong Anda saw who was lying next to him, he slowly pushed himself up and crawled onto Day's body. Day chuckled softly, and Nong Anda buried his face into Day's strong chest, with Day cradling him.

"Oh, how did you manage to climb up and lie like that?" Brick asked with a smile, returning with Nong Ob.

"Sleepwalking, I guess," Day replied. Nong Ob walked over holding children's crackers and was trying to open the bag of snacks himself.

*Rustle*

The sound of the snack bag being opened made Nong Anda immediately perk up his head and look around with sleepy eyes.

"Snack, snack," Nong Anda said. Day and Brick both burst into laughter.

"Oh, Anda, you heard Ob opening the snack and you knew right away?" Brick said, amused.

"Papa, can Ob get some for Nong too?" Nong Ob turned and asked Brick.

"Yes, Nong Ob can pick it himself, right?" Brick asked back.

"Yes," Nong Ob replied, as Brick hadn't placed it too high.

"Then go get one for Nong," Brick replied. Nong Ob ran back to the kitchen to get snacks for his younger brother. Meanwhile, Day had carried Nong Anda to wash his face. When he carried him back, the little child's eyes were bright, fixated on the snacks in his brother's hand.
