This one is requested! I added their idea with mine (just a little) for a celebration that Taylor Swift got her albums back! I'm so happy for her. I can listen to the songs guilt free :D

You guys can request but I won't do like break ups, smut, something sad (I'm not good with that) so yeah.

Third POV

It's been two months since the dragons left to go to the Hidden World. The Berkians were heartbroken that the dragons were no longer with them even the babies had gone. It was hard for the first few weeks, adjusting their lives without dragons. They were so used to dragons carrying heavy loads, some playing with the villagers, others just hanging around like family.

The gang, along with Valka, Eret, and Gobber, were the most affected. They missed their best friends deeply. From morning till the middle of the night, their dragons had always been by their sides.

But the most affected Viking was Hiccup. He had found Toothless, befriended him, and together they changed the world, proving to the Vikings that dragons were more than just beasts.

They were intelligent, gentle, and magnificent creatures. Their loyalty was unmatched, they would protect and defend you. All you had to do was show them you weren’t a threat. Just be kind.

Ever since Hiccup let the dragons go, he hadn’t been the same. He grew rougher, busier. He even spent more time in the forge than in the house he shared with Astrid.

The first nights after the dragons left, Hiccup cried himself to sleep, and Astrid was always there to comfort him. His tears didn’t stop until exhaustion pulled him into dreams.

Astrid missed Stormfly too — terribly. But Hiccup needed her more, so she stayed quiet. She soothed him with gentle kisses on his forehead, just listening as he poured his heart out about missing Toothless.

But after a week of crying, he changed.

He came home late, buried himself in chief duties, and even to everyone’s shock punched Tuffnut for being annoying.

That earned him a loud shout and a punch in the arm from Ruffnut, a sharp glare from Snotlout, a word of concern from Fishlegs, and a disappointed look from Astrid. Valka, his mother, often spent time comforting his friends like the mother they all needed.

Hiccup couldn’t take it. He began isolating himself in the forge. Metal clinks echoed in the morning, frustrated shouts in the afternoon, and the sound of scribbling filled the nights.

Astrid still loved Hiccup — deeply. She wished she could help him, but he was pushing her away. Sometimes he’d kiss her cheek and walk out without a word. Astrid missed him. His dorky jokes, his bright, lopsided smile…

On nights when Hiccup didn’t come home, Astrid would cry in their bed. She’d think about their future, Hiccup coming home from chief duties, kissing her then dancing together in their living room with a fire roaring, no music, just the two of them… maybe even with a little one joining them.

Astrid loved children. Thor, she wouldn’t mind having a mini-Hiccup or mini-her. But thinking about their future now only hurt, because of how distant Hiccup had become.

Would he always be like this?

Odin's Thor, please no. Astrid didn’t want this. But she loved him so much she was ready to marry him. They had been betrothed for so many years, and now… she was ready.

With that thought, she opened the door and stepped into the dark night of New Berk. She took a deep breath, then walked toward the dimly lit forge.

When she arrived, she didn’t bother knocking. She opened the door and found Hiccup hunched over a desk, scribbling on papers.
