Tessia's jaw was clenched tight, and her beautiful teal eyes burned with a fierce intensity, as her gaze was locked on Arthur's back. She hadn't said a single word as she followed Arthur through the labyrinth in utter silence. However, she wanted to give him a piece of her mind. She couldn't believe the audacity this man had, prince or not, to touch her like that.

Tessia's cheeks turned apple red, her face feeling hot, as she recollected their spar and his hand placement. She remembered how Arthur's hands felt as they glided over her leather armor, her body. Never before had she been touched like that, been pinned to the wall and floor like that. The way he touched her, the way he handled her, it had her mind racing, unable to make sense of it.

"What?"

Tessia flinched at the sound of Arthur's voice. She watched as he looked over his shoulder, pinning her with his icy azure eyes. Tessia quickly recovered and narrowed her gaze on him, "What do you mean, 'what?'"

"You're staring at me," Arthur pointed out.

Tessia raised a brow, "And how exactly did you surmise that? You were looking away from me."

Arthur looked forward and said, "I felt my back burning from the hole you were boring into me."

Tessia rolled her eyes and looked away, "Whatever." They walked in silence for a few moments before Tessia added, "That was uncalled for."

"What was?" Arthur asked, without turning around.

"You know what," Tessia snapped, her eyes darting to his back. "The way you disarmed me."

Arthur stopped, and when he turned around, he stepped up close to her, meeting her gaze. "Are you complaining, or exclaiming?"

Tessia didn't break their gaze, even with him being so close to her that she could feel his body heat. "And what would be the difference?"

Arthur tilted his head ever so slightly, his eyes flicking to her lips, then back to her eyes, "Were you dissatisfied by the way I disarmed you?"

Tessia blushed heavily at Arthur's eye movement and question, "W-What?!" She stepped back, "What kind of question is that?"

Arthur smirked, "That's not a no."

Tessia's jaw clenched, "It's not a yes, either!"

Arthur hummed before turning and continuing to walk.

Tessia let out a loud huff before she began to follow him again. Her frustration was palpable as she followed Arthur in a heavy silence. Neither of them said another word, and when they finally made it to the exit, Tessia felt a wave of relief.

Looking around, she noticed Theo and Claire sitting back to back, looking tired and exhausted. Beside them was Elijah, who was lying on the ground, unconscious. Standing around them were Bairon, Alea, and Jasmine, who held their arms crossed and stared at the labyrinth exit.

When Tessia's eyes flicked to the right, she noticed Eleanor standing there, staring at the exit with a concerned expression. As soon as Eleanor's and Tessia's eyes met, an obvious sigh of relief escaped Eleanor's lips.

Bairon stared at Arthur as he approached the other instructors while carrying Lucas, and Tessia followed. His eyes were locked on the unconscious body of his brother as Arthur dropped him onto the floor beside Elijah with a loud thump that made Eleanor and Tessia wince.

Bairon let out a sigh, shaking his head, before he looked at Arthur, "Did he even put up a good fight?"

Arthur shook his head, "Nope. I ambushed him, knocking him out."
