Caera, Helen, and Adam walked over to their respective dragons. Caera shot Arthur a look before giving Tessia a quick glare.

Arthur looked at Tessia, "Come on."

Tessia nodded and followed Arthur as he walked to Myre's side. Glancing back at Lilia, she observed that she was telling Eleanor something. Eleanor smiled and nodded before running back toward the entrance. When Tessia looked forward, she let out a grunt as she ran into something solid.

Tessia stepped back and rubbed her face, seeing that she had run into Arthur, who was looking at her with his arms crossed.

"At least try to pay attention to your surroundings," Arthur stated firmly.

Tessia scoffed, "Not my fault you just stopped."

Arthur rolled his eyes before he quickly grabbed Tessia by her shoulders.

"What are you—" Tessia yelped as Arthur spun her around. She stiffened as straight as a log as he placed his hands firmly on her waist. "Watch the hand placement, buddy!"

"You didn't seem to mind my hands earlier," Arthur chucked in a whisper.

Tessia's jaw clenched, and her face heated. She was about to retort when Arthur suddenly flew up, and Tessia let out a gasp. She thought she was going to fall for a second before she realized how tightly Arthur was holding her by her waist. It wasn't uncomfortable; in fact, Tessia begrudgingly had to admit it was a pleasant sensation.

Arthur and Tessia landed on Myre's back, and Arthur said, "Sit."

Tessia looked over her shoulder, "Why don't you sit first, then I'll get behind you."

Arthur raised a brow, "What?"

Hearing Arthur's confusion, Tessia elaborated, "When I flew here with Helen, I sat behind her."

"Well, now you're riding with me," Arthur stated firmly. "Now sit down, I'll be behind you."

Tessia narrowed her eyes, "Fine. Just don't get any funny ideas."

"Why? What funny ideas are you thinking about?" Arthur asked. "Care to explain them to me in detail?"

Tessia rolled her eyes before she yanked Arthur's hands off his waist. She sat down with a huff onto the saddle.

Arthur chuckled behind her before he sat down.

Tessia felt as he made his body flush with hers, and her eyes snapped down, feeling him strapping something around her waist. "What is that?"

"A waist belt," Arthur said. "It'll keep you from falling. I had it attached for when I teach Ellie."

Tessia nodded, feeling him tighten the waist belt. But her eyes widened and her face reddened when she began to place straps around her upper thighs.

Once the straps were in place, Arthur said, "Here."

Tessia looked at Arthur's hand, seeing him holding a pair of goggles. Her brows raised as she took the goggles, "For Eleanor as well, I presume."

"Yes," Arthur said. "Now, put them on. They'll allow you to see while the wind is blowing in your face."

Tessia nodded and put on the goggles. She looked around, seeing that she could see clearly. Enough to see the intense glare Caera was shooting her way.

"Alright," Arthur said, as he grabbed the reins with his left hand. Tessia tensed as he wrapped his right around around her waist. "Now, hold on."

Tessia grabbed the front of the saddle, "What's the point of grabbing my waist if I have a waist be— WHAAAA!"
