We all sat down outside. The host flicked her finger igniting every single candle atop the tables. People applauded in fascination and she smiled in return.

"Thank you," She spoke up, "Everyone please enjoy yourselves."

Some of the other nobles smiled back at her and she sat down with the rest of us.

"What a show," Yae commented clapping her hands.

The other nobles sitting with us nodded in agreement.

"Oh thats nothing," The host laughed, "I could light up this whole manor with the snap of a finger and even that would take no effort."

Some of them awed and owed at the idea.

"Lady Miko I'm sure you could do something much more impressive with those powers of yours. So don't be so modest." The host commented.

Yae gave a slight grin but didn't respond.

"Oh that makes me wonder. Sir Capitano what magic do you possess?" One of the other curious nobles inquired.

Capitano lifted his hand up and ice began to swirl in his palm.

The ice moved in circles beginning to crystallize. All the ladies watched with interest. After a few seconds the remaining icicles fell and in his hand was a small icy cat. The ladies gasped big smiles on their faces. I found myself a bit surprised as well. I had no idea Capitano could do that. It was much more impressive than the fire trick, though I wouldn't say that out loud. There was an extreme amount of detail on the cat. Thin little whiskers and the pattern of fur was so realistic. This was a huge contrast to the magic he used while fighting.

"Oh my goodness that's adorable!!"

"I want one too! Me next!"

Capitano offered the sculpture to the host and her face tinted rose. Some of the other ladies gushed and the act drew more attention toward us.

I couldn't contain the smile on my face. Under that rough and tough exterior, Capitano was truly such a gentle man.

"Thank you its lovely," She picked up the cat from his hands and placed it in the middle of the table.

It was the perfect centre piece.

As the ladies fawned over the piece I leaned into Capitano to whisper, "Can I have one back at home too?"
