Fall had just begun and I was watching the newest season of Saturday night live Miley was the host so of course I was going to watch it as soon as I saw Vanessa I immediately started screaming after all she is my idol. I heard my stepmom yell it was time for dinner so I threw down my pHone and ran down stairs. I usually eat really fast because I don't feel like listening to their shit about how I was a mistake and whatnot but this time I ate a little slower because I overheard them talking about Christmas and what my mom had sent.

When I got done I ran back to my room and continued my episode. A few days rolled around it was finally Christmas and I caught my flight to go see my mom. I only get to see her for three weeks out of the year so I try to make the most of it. She had just gotten married to my stepdad mark he was a pretty nice guy but I don't think anyone is good enough for my mom.

When I got to New York I saw my mom and stepdad holding a big pink sparkly sign with my name on it I ran to my mom dropped my stuff and hugged her tight. She said we should go to the car she was getting cold. I got in the back of the cab I was sitting in the middle with my mom on one side and my step dad on the other. We rolled up to the house and got out as fast as we could. When we got in and settled my mom told me I should open my presents.

The first one I unwrapped was a big pink box with an adorable pair of light brown UGGs with white fuzz on the inside and some on the outside, the next gift I opened was a smaller box with a large red bow,inside of it was a cute necklace with a bow charm,next I opened a box with pink wrapped paper and a purple bow I opened it and I found an iPhone 6s and when I lifted the phone out of the box I found 3 SNL r with backstage passes!

I immediately screamed, jumped up and hugged my mom and step dad's neck. As I said I'm in love with SNL but I never thought I would be able to go backstage and meet the cast! My mom told me on the day we go she has to tell me a  secret. What could be so secretive she has to tell me when we're in the best place in the world!

It was 4 days until my amazing tour of this set so I started doing research on what all you get to do while in the studio. It said that I would get a tour of the entire building and meet the cast. At this point I just wanted to hop into a time machine and  make it the 29th.

After I finished researching I went to the SNL site and ordered myself some SNL swag, I got a dark blue hoodie with the silhouette of New York that said "live from New York it's Saturday night!!" In big white letters, the next thing I ordered was a long sleeve shirt that looked like a jersey it was dark blue with two bold white stripes on each sleeve it had 14 on the front and back and at the top of the back it read BAYER. The last thing I ordered was a SNL cup it just had SNL in big bold sparkly letters. Since i ordered all of it together it should arrive all together.

When I looked at the order time it said it should only take two days so I had plenty of time. I went downstairs to get something to drink.

My mom stopped me to tell me she had a special surprise for me then opened the door the sound of glass breaking filled  room as i dropped my water in shock I stood there like an idiot Vanessa Bayer walked in! I was shaking almost in tears I told her to come in.

My mom looked at her with a concerning look on her face Vanessa looking to same then mom told me I should sit so I walked over to the couch with Vanessa on one side of me and my mom on the other I was trembling with exitement Vanessa then said to my mom "she's gotten so big" it was like she was part of my family "what?" I asked looking at my mom she then said "honey your adopted" I was so shocked I couldn't breathe

"IM WHAT?!?! i screamed.

I had the world largest lump in my throat I was trying not to burst into tears. I was still screaming when I asked

"Why is she here?!"

Vanessa then butted in before my mom could say anything

"because I'm who she adopted you from!" I had no idea how to feel. Should I feel happy?, sad?, hurt?, I had no idea.
